Welcome in

Game is now open

The city of Stormfall sits high upon a cliff overlooking the Sea of Iridescence. The summer sun sits high above the city, its rays illuminating the large city below it, causing the water of the nearby sea to shine like a rainbow. The waves crash in the massive cove underneath the city, which doubles as a subterranean harbor for the large city's 11,000 inhabitant.

A group of people, recent saviors of a nearby town, have been invited to the wedding of Sir Cassius, a hero in the eyes of the people. The wedding is supposed to be an extravagant event, with hundreds attending the festivities that preempt the ceremony itself. Hopefully everything goes according to plan, but when has that ever truly happened to these honored guests of honor?

Will you join us in celebrating this joyous occasion hero?

This is to be a one shot adventure beginning at fifth level. It will be run using the D&D 5e ruleset. For now I am looking for those interested, and once I get a few, I'll give official guidelines for character creation.

The mighty runelords of Thassilon are incredibly powerful people, controlling vast portions of the mighty empire created by Xin. They are some of the most powerful people on Golorian, second only to their now deceased master.

Those as mighty as these arcanists enjoy the finer things in life though, and it has come time for one of those finer moments: The annual Runelord Dinner. And the first part of this event: Who will host this, getting a chance to flash their own power and wealth? An amazing deed that will display his/her power to be superior to his/her rivals for sure.

I am looking for seven players to play the seven Runelords of Thassilon. Though a roleplay heavy mini-adventure to begin with, it will not be without combat I assure you, as the runelords' intentions are never truly pure. In fact, certain rivalries are bubbling right behind the masks of the supposed allies, and they are almost ready to boil over. Who knows what will come out of this dinner?

This is an interest check for now, and with enough interest I hope to develop it into an actual recruitment. I prefer descriptive players over straight roll and go, but I appreciate almost all styles of play.

So, shall we dine?

I am a nerd. I game and I love to game. The companies that make the games I love such as Pathfinder and D and D have some amazin rule sets. They bring us entire class sets that they worked hard to build. And i thank them for it.

But I'm too insane to stick with the standard classes, and I hope you are as well. I want to run a new campaign on the forums with 1st level characters that you create using your own classes. Any who are interested will be building a completely new class either by themselves or with me.

These classes can be anything you can imagine, with abilities you design. It will require much more work than any normal game, but I hope to see some interest soon.

At this point in time I am not lookig for full stats or finished classes, but I do want to hear what ideas are comig my way

I have just begun a new campaign with my local group. The campaign takes place in Lastwall, as the PC's are all part of a mercenary company that has been working with/fighting for the Shining Crusade. They are all third level, but I'm having a bit of trouble coming up with suitable adventures for them to play without gameplay gettin too boring or repetative. Ideas for some good mercenary jobs?

Discussion is up for Death of a God. I'll open the gameplay after everyone checks in.

So,I've been looking for a gestalt game on the forums, but there don't seem to be any new ones or ones with open spots. I want to know if anyone is or plans to run on,as I would love to play in one.

Alright, here's the deal. I have two ideas for a hombrew. I need 4-6 players. The first idea is one I've tried to run before, but it died quickly.

Golarion, the land of many quests, never truly at peace. There is always some conflict, some quest to be completed. Heroes rise and fall, some never truly die, living on in legend for eternity. Some are mighty clerics, divine conduits for their God. Others the simple mercenary turned hero. The stealthy rouge their to make some coin. And none shall forget the mighty wizards, who's spells have the power to sculpt the world to their desires.

Powerful as they are, there are beings of even greater power. The deities themselves. Powerful entities, many who started out as mortals themselves, finally ascending into Godhood. Beings who create these heroes and grant them power. Immortal beings who have the power to destroy or save Golorian. Or so many think.

But,are they truly immortal? There is an enemy who even they fear, one who they trapped long ago. But now he awakens, and his hunger for revenge is only growing. Who may stop this evil?

Well that's what I want to know. Anyone up for a hombrew?

What I'm looking for:

races:

Any from the core or advanced race guide. No third party stuff.

classes:

I'm fine with any classes except for Occultist classes. And again no third party products.

stats:

Roll 4d6 drop the lowest. Roll two sets and pick the best set. Because I don't like players feeling useless,if you roll badly, you may use a 20 point buy instead. You may use traits and begin at level one. Roll your starting gold. I'm not against any alignment as long as you aren't killing people just because you want to.

I'll leave the thread open for a few days to a week. The adventure will begin in Absalom, but you may be from anywhere essentially on Golorian.

I look forward to reading your ideas.
