Who is in my time bubble Currently? My tablet wont let me look at the map.

The Time Lord raises his hands and concentrates as time begins to distort. One of the time readouts on his wrist stops completely as the time around him does the same. He then walks up to the now frozen headhunter.

Quick question, can I speed up allies and myself while stopping enemies?

The time lord positions himself next to flurry getting a good view of both entrances.

so would it be possible to modifiy my gauntlets to one day act like the device in singularity? Also what are the cost for healing recent wounds and would it be possible to revive someone who just died? like reverse his time before he was shot? ill probably have more questions later, time is a tricky thing and typing on a ds is annoying.

"I guess I'm mostly CC. I can slow or stop them for a while and can possibly freeze them in time for a few hours with a touch. I can also heal you if you suffered a wound recent enough. So basically I'm like a support type of guy."

After reading Flurrys message he turns to him. "With me I can make anyone slow our very fast for that matter. I think we might work well together."

"I'm in, better than running everywhere and hanging around doesn't seem to be very productive."

Seeing Flurrys troubled look Jason approaches the reporters. "I think our friend here can't speak and it looks like he doesn't want to even if he could."

Jason follows along with the others
"I'm called The Time Lord and as my name suggest I can manipulate time. My gloves draw on my ability to freeze people I touch in time for a few hours. My power also affected my body allowing me to move faster by accelerating my self. I could stop the most troubling of them but it takes a lot out of me to do it.

"Well that's one way to draw their attention. If we are planning to take them on perhaps ill be best o get to know each other a little better. Preferably away from the cameras like cardinal suggested." Jason walks out of ear shot of the reporters.

"Hell if I'd known that I wouldn't have gotten tacos before I came here." Jason helps look for the phone.

After arriving and hearing the recording he then looks to the other who also arrived.

"Well, looks like were waiting for a while. I take it you all are here for the same reason as me?"

I'm not sure it would. there are some op powers in our group.

Also WhtKnt how would slowing and enemy affect them by being hit and hitting things and vice versa speeding up allies?

Upon seeing the creature take off Jason does the same still trying to figure out where hes headed. when he sees the Crusaders building he finally realizes and runs ahead of the creature shouting "I'll give you a taco if you beat me there." as he passes

Jason walks out of a local store with a bag of Tacos when he sees the strange creature and man. Curious about the creature he follows stuffing taco into his mouth as he walks wondering where the thing is going?
