The city you both are entering is known as Tower City. The city seems to be split into 3 noticeable parts: An outer ring of houses and buildings, an inner ring that is raised and surrounded by a 40 foot wall(Lord of the Rings: Minas Tirith), lastly there is a tower in the middle of the city that reaches into the clouds.

Location: You are currently located in the outer ring of the city.

Weather: It is 80 degrees, with cloudy skies, mild to no wind.

As you enter the city limits you are greeted by stalls and vendors trying to sell wares. From just a quick glance it seems you can buy almost anything you could want from the stalls here at what seem to be cheap prices.

There are signs posted every 100 or so feet with the words, "The tower is this way." and "Come see the world's largest dungeon"

Ahh but on a failed fortitude save it does impart its own non-lethal damage which turns lethal if your non-lethal = your total HP. -GMBloodred (my comp is missing currently for example its in my car and i just dont want to pull it out.)
