After some observations of the goblins, Navasi simply runs for the door to catch up with the group, not worrying much about being stealthy.

once there, I don't think those goblins are interested in what we are doing. they might be under some sort of mind control.

while not as interesting as Yoski's adventure, I do recall infiltrating a pirate ring in an effort to save a medship delivering supplies to refugees at Absalom Station. she pauses as she recalls the memory, it cost me dearly though. she adds with a somber tone.

the guards at this prison are telepathic. I doubt there will be any way to hide things from them. but having a bit of ahhh, experience in not so legal activities, perhaps I can lead the questioning.

It IS a DIRE badger.

then you need some special DM house rule for that as Dire Badger is not a listed animal companion for a druid.

Was reading the posts and not to put a wrench in anything but I am sorry to say this but an animal companion badger cannot burrow in stone. (that is a feature of a Dire badger), and even though the badger is "like" a dire badger, it isn't, and that is the one feature that the animal companion does not get.

It is pretty well spelled out in the rules under animal companions.

I'll probably stick around. I was just glad to be done that fight. I was loosing interest quickly.

I have other characters to change it up some as well, all of then are designed to fail at every match-up.

I made Annie because i was tired of going into arenas for a 1 on 1 fight but ended up fighting two or three opponents due to familiars or animal companions or summons. heck even mounted combatants were just as bad.

especially the first round, lance charge "splat your dead" characters

Taci made her move. you posted initiative order. and then said it was my go... what the f$%@ are you complaining about? you LITERALLY post the initiative order. then dont take your turn.... you have nothing to complain about other than that you didn't bother taking your turn.

remember Taci got two rounds of action on Annie without her doing anything in between.

since we didn't follow init order I was unable to figure out a strategy. you know like hey that person can hurt me and the go after me, I better either buff or move or both...etc.

Annie still had several summon's she was going to use on Taci which would have saved her as taci would have to deal with that before flinging claws at Annie.

my expectations of post a combat round:

specify and clearly identify your move action
then your standard action
then any swift or immediate actions (specify when you use your immediate if it is in response to something else)
specify free actions.

when map is present specify distance moved on the map.
each action identified for clarity.
readied action must specify the trigger
no mysterious strings of bonuses. If it isn't clear in your profile I expect a list of every bonus and its source

I expect mechanics to be in spoilers and the rest of the flavor text in the post. the flavor text should match the dice rolls. (that is what preview or edit is for).

there may be more but I have been screwed by enough of these games to formulate how I see it needs to be done

No action takes full effect until end of round summary by the DM.

Oh one last thing Know your character, I should not have to explain how your abilities or spells work.

we are completely out of initiative order here. partially my fault

init order was supposed to be:

  • Tacita - 21
  • Annie - 17
  • Cliff - 14
  • Spirit - 8

since this is a new round we should go in proper order

also Spirit somehow moved 65 feet away with a burrow speed of only 20? actually I mean the badger has a burrow speed of 20.

Her taking the fall damage is if levitate cannot support me and fails her and her slowing me down as we go is if the levitate can half way support us so we sink, but slowed.
I could also hang onto her and stay there if the levitate supports us both.

Ok that is correct on the 20 ft. So annie did not 5 feet decend since she was already in spell range.

So she is 20 feet up

Also if taci is leaping from 30 feet above thats 3d6 fall

In either case it is a dc15 acrobatic check to reduce the fall by 10 feet

Looking things over... the con damage is from where?

Also the fall damage is 2d6 but i think there is an acrobatic check to reduce this to 1d6

Annie is 25 feet up she was 30 but moved down 5 feet to be in range for her spell which was 30 feet but figuring in the angle i had her descend to be sure.

Also annie was in th middle of the steet. So she is at least 10feet from any building.
