i decided to gobloodrager as both your ideas were good but i wanted that extra skill point from favored class. But now my question is what weapons and armor should i use? better yet what would my gold be at lvl 3 with max starting gold?


HEy guys i am looking for a lil help becoming a dragon disciple by lvl 5. I know i will need 5 ranks of Arcana, draconic language but idk how to go about it. Should i do Bloodrager playtest class or should i do 1 lvl in sorcere so i can have the arcana and then the rest a melee class like Paladin, barb, or evenfighter? idk what to do. We are on a 35point buy system, and playing in the kingmaker campaign.


guys im looking for a guide or a build to help me


i spossible to go go blasty till lvl 5 then go combat with support?

Hey im looking for a good build or any useful tips and tricks as a tattoed Sorcere of the Dragon bloodline. The main reason i choose this is to become a Dragon Disciple mainly. We are lvl three at this point and are playing in the Kingmaker campaign. i know i will need a high charisma but wht else? any help would be nice


When i say CMB fighter i mean i specialize in Combat maneuvers. The goal of this character is to NOT hit harder but be a damage minigater along with the ability to weaken the opponents Combat abilities by grappling, tripping, disarming, etc.


I am Looking for a good prestiege class but not sure which to get. Or if i should stick to leveling fighter. I am a lvl8 CMB two=weapon fighter


Light falil is in the Ultimate weapon and is now considered a light weapon to keep consistancy of heavy flail and dire flail


NO i am not using a whip i am using a +1 dueling light flail and a +1 light flail

I am a level 6 Two weapon fighter who focuses on CMB fighting. I was wondering what feats can i take that doesnt require teamwork feats to increase my CMB for when i fight giants? I have a base of 20trip and 16 disarm and my next feat im taking is Greater trip for the free AoO when i trip. I have Improve disarm, greater disarm, Break guard, Improve trip and Fury's fall. I need help with my feats against giants once i reach level 8 and higher

I am making this character a CMB based fighter so my next feat i am taking is greater trip which allows AoO when i trip them


Hey guys i am playing a CMB two-weapon fighter and i need help with my off hand. I am using 2 flails one of which is a +1 Dueling light flail that cost me 8308gp. Now im having trouble finding a enchant for my off hand weapon i only have 3k gp to spend on this weapon any idead would be greatly appreciated.

when i said stack i meant like deal the extra dmg. For example 1st round in combat i cast lightning 2nd round of combat i cast my domain spell call lightning and the first one will kick off dealing 3d6 to target and then 3rd round i cast a spell that hits the target will i do the spells dmg+3d6(first call lightning)+3d6(second call lightning)?


can you stack the druid spell call lightning with the domain spell call lightning to do 3d6+3d6+the spells dmg?


would weapon focus (ray really help work? snowball and fireball are not rays and where can i get the top two wepon focus


now with that being said is there a feat i can take to improve my spell hit chance? because hitting might be an issue which means if i miss then that is a wasted spell


i understand now0 my snowball will deal a max 5d6 dmg then when i take intensified spell it will deal 10d6 max and with empowered i deal max dmg(60) then with empowered i deal half the dice which = 60+5d6 for an average of 78 dmg a turn.


or 10d6+60+5d6 sorry for being hard


im sorry im not following now lol. Maxmised and Empowered overides Intensified which makes it a useless feat at that point? if not then why not 15d6(intensified+empowered) and maximized 60pnts of dmg (15d6+60)can you clarify this more so i can understand please and thank you(:

with that being said how will picking up the feat(s) intensify spell, empower spell, and maximize spell all work together? Besides making my snowball a lvl7 spell?


me an one of the people in my games are arguing how Intensified spell works. I tell him that after you reach your maximum dmg dice for a spell that lvls based off your caster lvl that you can take this feat which will increas the dmg dice by 1 for ever lvl after 5. for example my snoball is a 1st lvl spell that does 1d6/caster lvl(max 5d6) if i took intensified spell at lvl 5 would the spell when i reah lvl 6 deal 6d6 dmg now all the way up to lvl ten dealing 10d6? and yes i do relize taking intensified spell makes the spell 1 lvl higher so that owuld make my snowball a lvl2 spell now instead of lvl1


i have decided to go Two-weapon foghter archtype who specializes in disarming


i was really considering a sword and board 2 weapon fighter feat and sheild bash or slam to give me the extra attacks and the feat where it allows me to use my sheild w/o deducting my ac after my turn. i would like to bea able to deal a fair amount of dmg while still able to tank for the party. any ideas or suggetions? we already have a paladin who almost broke our group apart because of his diety rogathian i believe( the one who says sacrifice is good if they commit and evil deed)


Maybe a brawler with a sheild and pick up sheild bash


Guys i need help im not sure what type of fighter to play or should i go straight fighter. My campaign needs a Melee character and my Lion shaman isnt cutting it. So i want to make a heavy hitting fighter but can still take a good amount of blows for the team


and im thinking of switching around your dex and wisdom


i like the build i was wondering would it be worth taking craft alchemy? i want to be able to make posions and throw them on my shurikens when i throw them. And yes i am a noob with TTRPG so i was wondering how do youhave 2 +2 as human? humans only get 1 +2 i thought or so i read

Yea but the one point of extra crit can mean the diffrence between life and death. and would you weally want to risk that? i undertand what you mean but still its that one point that can make a game changer for the party


So then are you saying to get 1 Cleric crusader, 4 Qinggong monk and 15 HGM?


ok so what would you recomend build wise?


and i would like to show my group up. they all say that monk sucks and i want to be able to play this monk and be able to standmy ground. We have a Barbarian (titan), Paladin(Divine Hunter), Fighter(dumbass) and a Cleric(who is in the making)


i was thinking monk and fighter perhaps


any more suggestions? i dont like the -2 and -4 and i dont wanna multiclass into more then two classes


So in my campaign i can see my lvl2 ion shaman dying next week so i want to have a back up character and came across the Hungry Ghost Monk and was interested immediately. i know they are crit heavy so i was wondering how i shold build him and what weapon would be my choice? i was thinking maybe specializing in alchemy and poison my throwing weapons just incase of an emergency. he will be starting at lvl 2 and the stats i rolled are 16,13,18,13,11,17

Hello my name is logan and we have encountered an issue doing our game play. I decided to go out and buy a dwarven Longhammer for our game last night and wen the whole night using it. However one of our character brought up an intresting point a little while ago and was wondering if anyone could help me with this dilema. I am a Dwarven Lion Shaman(Druid) lvl 2 using a Dwarven Longhammer. Is it plausible that i can use this weapon or no because im a druid(since druids aren't proficient in martial weapons)
