Tarken looks confused as Ziera talks, but then snaps his focus back to Edmund. His hand again drifts to his morning star but he once again pulls it back. Celestial:
“I can’t do what she said. I protect life, including my own. Your reason for distrusting me doesn’t warrant this kind of response, even as complicated as our situation is. ” Tarken forgoes his action, everyone else can act for round 3
Tarken roars again as the chain connects. He turns to face Gray, his eyes wide. His right hand twitches to his morning star, but he stops that hand and pulls on the holy symbol chained to his neck. Power bursts from him, and some of his wounds bind before your eyes. Celestial:
"What is this? Why are you attacking me?" Channel energy: 3d6 ⇒ (1, 1, 5) = 7 Damage taken:18
If you are damaged at all you get the healing.
As you are gathered, a quick glance up the road shows Tarken approaching. His scales have returned to his normal color, and have a wet sheen to them. His morningstar, that he hadn't been wearing at the Ball, is now hanging on his back. He gives a quick nod in greet and says, "Ready." For the note, there's only one entrance in / out of House Leroung, or at least for guests of the ball there is only once entrance. Anyone watching could wait and find you as Tarken did.
Yorrick:
This is the Priest, Tarquin. The creature is a humanoid shape but shows deep red scales on the parts os his body not covered by a plain robe. A talisman of Erastil hangs clearly from his next, and though it could be a hunch, it's pretty apparent that a sword and shield are slung across his back and covered by the robe.. His admonishments to Payk to not drink as he needs to recover are in precise common with only a regional accent corrupting the words. (2/3)

" The humanoid motions to a table with a collecting tin and several bottles of water. "You may serve yourself as you require. However, I think you are more interested in your other two questions at the moment. I've been asked many times about the undead, and I've questioned any that I thought could be helpful, but still I have very few answers. I am pretty sure that the corpses are being animated by someone, though I have been here at the temple when the events have come recently. May I inquire as to the tpe of spell you cast on the undead?" |
