Likewise Its been a fun time. I'm sure the others would of been fine in the 2nd half if they had stayed. Though its been such an unusual time and who knows what personal issues might have also contributed to them leaving.

Sorry this dropped on the weekend we finally gained permission to travel to our holiday home. I normally would of had Wi-Fi access but some storm damage took out the our receiver and its taken a few days to source a replacement. Back home now and it seems we look like were finishing.

If so thanks I've really enjoyed playing with you all a great adventure.

Tara makes two calls one to the Starfinders explaining the situation and give's descriptions of the two fleeing Shireen, she asks for them to be taken alive if they turn up at ports looking for passage off the station.

Knowing they will not get far with both Abadar and Starfinders after them Tara focuses on the Ooze.

All I can see that Tara can do in this situation is a bluff..used as combat banter which is a free action

Tara moves forwards to bring the door into range of her weapon, taking a a kneeling position so Kat can fire the laser rifle over her, giving them both a clear shot for at least the first round.

I took my inspiration from Rocket's crazy schemes in Guardians of the Galaxy :)

She checks around the other members of the group checking they are ready.

When all seems fine she will nod to signal to the Shirren.

"Obo would you be so kind as to bring one of the zombie bodies inside if the ooze has something to distract it for a round or two we might have a chance to to damage it enough to disable it..."

Do these two zombies also have the static arc weapons that we can strip the battery's from?

"I have a plan! Well maybe 12% of of a plan... If we rig up 1 of the bodies in the center of the corridor and fix it to spasm every 12 seconds. It should draw the ooze to it giving us the chance to get some shots off at it before it absorbs it... What do you think?"

Tara will reload her pistol offering her low charged battery to power the shocks to the Zombie's nervous system. 4 charges remaining...

So in effect rigging a kind of defib on the body with a timer that activates every 12 seconds...

Sorry Rhys for such a board statement and no offence here is intended.

In my latest adventures I've encountered a number of characters with disability's NPC's with cultural stigmas etc.

I think it made me so much more aware of these things happening in real life.

I've tried to bring Tara's awareness of differences beyond what she's encountered on a typical intergalactic cruise ship into her encounters. you will notice she is unsure of her interactions with Kat as she's uncomfortable that she may of been unsympathetic to her kind in the past.

Wow! I think this game has thrown a number of things up people who are different and how we react to them.

I guess I for one will reevaluate the people I meet.

Thanks for bringing me back to earth a year spent in isolations kind of masked that.

I have little experience of your kind... this is a mk I serum of healing I know it can heal injury's in organic's but unsure in your case...you can use it if you can, Keep it until you need to or return it to me if its unsuitable or you no longer need it

If the computer is not completely locked out and Kat has done all she can

Once done no matter success or failure she will contact Arvin and appraise him of the groups progress and the danger of the augmentation's and how to recover the body and data.

Then inform Mr Philt of the situation of people being turned into undead after receiving an implant and where the owners can be found and that we are continuing our investigations.

If we have time Tara will then rest for 10 min's so she can use her skills again in another encounter...?

That's my fault sorry I had assumed it was a move action as a player in another game called it a full round action to do both I can see now that's not the case.

"With the little we learned from the halflings, Shenge's is unlikely to leave his dwelling unprotected I would recommend approaching carefully and checking for possible traps I have some skills in that area though probably not a patch on a skilled mechanic."

Just a note, Watch your step ...allies within 60 feet of Tara that are required to make a reflex save to avoid a harmful effect gain +2 bonus on that save.

I don't know much about the Vanguard. I did play the Soldier once at a Con but it was heavy on space combat so I was gunner for most of that.

So would guess the hardest to hit and the hardest hitter should suit us the best...

So probably the soldier.

As Tara has committed herself to pay she's quite happy to accept donations from the others to cover the cost, but is prepared to put in upto 2000! As for a replacement I as we kind of lost our main mussel perhaps the vesk npc would fit the role the left?

Oops! I've just noticed I spent my credits to buy amour at the end of my last adventure so I currently have just over 200 credits.

I don't mind paying the biggest portion if the rest can't or don't want to contribute just need to put together another 50 credits...

My hope is that if we can get a lead to the halflings friend it will give us more info on if these are the implants were looking for.

Tara knowing the pride of the Halfling people surmises that offering to pay for the replacement procedure will result in refusal, so decides on another tack.

"I'm prepared to fund the operation to remove and replace this malfunctioning augmentation. But I will require the removed contraption so it can be studied and the name and location of this friend of yours as he may be able to help us further.

I would also like to add I'm sorry that most of this adventure so far has been so much more suited to a diplomat than a warrior I'm sure this will switch very quickly and my role will take a back seat at that point.
