How does the Dusk lantern work?

Dusk Lantern at Archives of Nethys (Adventurer's Armory 2 pg. 12)
Dusk Lantern.

Does anything with Darkvision not see the light? If you have Low-Light and Darkvision do you see it?

As far as I know, any creature with Darkvision has normal sight as well, so this line either makes it useless, or is just confusing: "A dusk lantern’s red light is imperceptible to creatures relying on darkvision as their sole form of sight."

Thanks,

My wife believes Estra's power wouldn't let her encounter any cards if both are undead.

Extra credit: Her check mark to powers that happen on examine: How does it work if both have triggers?

Her wording:
"On your turn, you may recharge a spell to examine the top 2 cards of your location deck. If one of the examined cards has the Undead trait, you may encounter it. (CHECK and you may ignore any power on that card that happens when examined).

When playing last night, I encountered the "Temptation of Arms barrier. One of the three weapons drawn was the Improvised Dinosaur.

Our story for this is:
A fiendish merchant rides up on a Tyrannosaur. He hops off and we notice it has a weapon rack around its neck holding a powerful Sunsword and and a Planar Crossbow.
The merchant says, "Choose one to complete the bargain."
Seoni points and states, "I choose the dinosaur."
The merchant curses us and disappears.

We just noticed that the Markman's bow is missing the two handed trait.

Is an Abyssal location still Abydsal when closed?
Only the front of the card has the trait.
Cards have no memory, so I wouldn't think so, but why mark the location names in th black\red lettering?
