Legendary Villains Vigilante by Legendary games for example has like eight or so new vigilante archetypes. The Dread Champion for examples says:

This ability replaces vigilante specialization.

So basically it doesn't have a specialization. So in that case all the stalker AND all the avenger talents are excluded?

Two schools of thought:

1) Necromancy is all about animation of the dead and creation of the dead. Feats geared towards improving said creations.

2) Necromancy as in Death Magic or negative energy magic to weaken and kill. Ex: Horrid Wilting, Ray of Exhaustion, etc

When you look to optimize your Necromancer, where do you find the best bang for your buck? Only so many feats (especially if you VMC) to spread around.

What do you think?

How about rethinking your way of doing damage? Fights do not all have to be head on, hack and slash until one dies. It can be hit and runs and assassinations. Illusions. Snipers. Finding something alone without support (which everything does eventually even if it is to take a crap). Just because the group is not built for straight toe to toe damage doesnt mean it cannot be effective.

I would have a come to Jesus discussion with that ipad playing rogue. Either turn it off or gtfo type thing. That is completely disrespectful to the DM who has labored to produced the game for the players entertainment alone. We had some geek who used to read books during the game and not know a thing that was going on. Luckily he removed himself before I had to.

As for the party, I would in game growl "Ive given you fools my last blood. If this happens again, it is YOUR blood that will be spilled". Make a nice Intim roll and Nuff said.

My God you people are pathetic with a halfling archer build? Can you say absolutely rooting for min/max?

First of all, Paladins are knights and beings of great honor. Ranged combat was always considered the cowardly and lesser mans means of combat throughout history. I cannot imagine a being of honor fighting at a distance to avoid getting himself hurt. That is just pathetic.

A real warrior strikes steel with his opponent and proves his skill...not shooting the opponent to death at a range where he cannot fight back.

Ever heard of the Paladin code? Accepting surrender? Not surprise attacking or otherwise cowardly attacking an opponent? Guess what? By making a paladin a ranged attack build, you are doing NOTHING of the paladin code.

So what you are saying is that you care NOTHING of roleplaying and clearly just want to min max to get the smite evil effects at range so that the BBG cant tear a hole in your candy ass?

And a Halfling to boot? Wow. The most WEAKEST and COWARDLY race there is and you wish to stain the honor of the Paladin class by association.

Great going guys.
