Very straightforward. If possible, try to get into a position where Teela can reach all her allies with:
◆ Courageous Anthem (60 ft emanation) You and all allies in the area gain a +1 status bonus to attack rolls, damage rolls, and saves against fear effects.
If actions are available, ◆◆ Telekinetic Projectile [dice]1d20 + 8[/dice] | Damage [dice]2d6[/dice]

A daughter of a seamstress and a fisherman, Teela is a human woman of Shoanti descent living in Diobel. She earns her keep crafting and selling rag dolls to the locals, and - being good with a needle - the occasional stitching up of injured hunters. Arts are her passion, and she has some semblance of musical talent.
Free-spirited at heart, Teela can be a bit of a troublemaker at times, but she has mostly good relations with the residents. Especially children, as she makes toys and clothes for them.
As a little side hustle, she occasionally sets up a tent for visitors, presenting herself as Madam Sedichi to read fortunes. While not schooled in the augury arts (yet?), she can be very convincing.
This does bite back sometimes, which is exactly why she signed up for an expedition that takes her away from Brevoy. Someone with influence gambled money based on her fortune-telling and lost big time. Oops! Time to make herself scarce.
Visual:
Teela is a woman in her late 20s. Her wavy dark hair frames her lithe face, almond skin and dark brown eyes. Well, one eye. An eyepatch covers her left eye. She wears well-fitted clothes of her make and a scarf. She sports a custom leather bracelet fitted with a hidden wrist pincushion on her left hand. On her belt, tied to a length of string, she carries a simple cloth doll roughly 7 inches tall. She often says it is a token - the first one she was happy with. Given its age, the doll is surprisingly clean at all times.
