Out of curiousity, in SF1e it was stated that many pahtra were asexual. Is this also still true in addition to many being agender? Personally I hope so, but was curious if the 'predominantly agender' aspect of pahtras is an addition or a replacement
(and again, really hoping both are true as someone who is at least one and possibly both)

How do old tiefling/aasimar feats (namely lineage feats) work in regards to the new nephilim heritage, are they available for choice for new PFS characters?

You ask a good question and your question has been asked a few times before and there had been no answer saying it would be illegal or require a boon,

So I think you are OK to take the trait.

nice, gonna work on an android-dragonkin later once I have more of a concept behind them

I recommend looking at Annual of Nethys. It has good information.

It does say SFS legal, but before I jump in and make something like an android dragonkin or the like I want to make sure I dont need additional steps, cause being able to make an android version of a race you otherwise need boons for feels like something that shouldn't work. I wont complain if it does work like that though

What are the restrictions and limitations, if any, on building a Xenometric Android for SFS? Is the feature allowed? Is it limited to emulating core races? Do you need a racial admittance boon for playing, say, a kalo-modeled android or a dragonkin-modeled android?

as a heads up likely going to be scarce or inactive this weekend

oops

I'm sorry, I'm still very new to this messageboard, but I'm not seeing that all for my character, I'm just seeing options to tick a faction box and that's it

I think I got that right

is there somewhere I should post a myth weavers sheet or type out a statblock?
and just to double check, favored class bonus is a thing, right?

Gonna try to get a statblock of character and familiar posted tonight or tomorrow depending on how things play out

So, 1, 3, and 2 from rolls I think. That's... Not great

lvl up HP: 2d6 ⇒ (2, 1) = 32d6 ⇒ (2, 4) = 62d6 ⇒ (2, 2) = 4

with time patron and cat familiar I wanted to toy with the '9 lives' phrase and all, plus if the level 10 ability kicks in, it gives flavor precedent if the magic jar aspect comes up

I have some 600 or so gold unspent but I think it might be a good idea to hang onto it in case some emergency purchase is needed
so rolling HP and getting everything checked off are I think my last steps

so my remaining things are:
rolling dice for HP (which channel should I use?)
equipment and second trait
statting familiar
double checking I can use the patron concept I have (general idea is patron is an ancient archmage who achieved a form of immortality by a mix of rigging their own reincarnation and body-hopping)

Decided on resurrected, just gotta finish things. How is HP past level 1 handled?

Decided on time, and going cat because depending on time interpretation and the later archetype's ability, 9 lives or multiple lifetimes is a potential theme to work with
just gotta decide which campaign trait to work with: mummy cursed (ancestor was an adventurer who got hit by a mummy curse, still has lingering effects but also what drew patron's interest) or resurrected (resurrected by patron in wake of some accident)

I'm still narrowing options, thinking for patron agility, endurance, shadow, time, or trickery with familiar choice impacting decision
time and agility are tempting for haste, endurance seems like some solid extra buffs, shadow has some useful spells, trickery gets some neat spells also

Before I get too ahead of myself, is it okay to mechanically re-flavor a fox familiar as a jackal?
as a follow up, since I'm looking at beast bonded witch archetype, what animals would be valid options for the Familiar Form ability of the archetype?
depending on, probably going fox/jackal, cat, or bat

Current thought is either NG or N, human female witch, likely beast-bonded, patron either Agility, Endurance, Time, Death, or Trickery. Familiar either cat, bat, lizard, viper, or fox (possibly refluffed as jackal or something)
Still working,on their story but thinking either the resurrected or mummy-cursed campaign trait

Decided I'm gonna do a human witch, just gotta actually stat them up. is there a post detailing character making as far as point buy and all?
Edit: found the information

To narrow it down to specific combinations
Catfolk kineticist (water element)
human witch (beast bonded)
duskwalker (hunter, ranger, or slayer) [1st favored enemy, undead]
human or halfling bard

Are there any campaign traits that storywise are less relevant past book 1?
Anyway it looks like I might be alright to go ranged so I'm thinking either
racewise probably human, but also considering catfolk, duskwalker, or halfling
classwise thinking ranger, kineticist, bard, wizard, or witch

Any particular gaps in party composition I should try filling?

depending on my character I might pick up some knowledges and spell stuff. may even go bard

(apologies on formatting, things died on my end on the first attempt to post and I just type up the info to see if I coul send it all through)

I'm working on what character concept I want to run with:
my current thoughts are Human Bloodrager (sphinx bloodline), Human Unchained Summoner (Psychopomp, possibly with soulbound archetype), Duskwalker tiefling or human cleric of pharasma, kineticist (spitespawn tiefling if using air and earth (for sandstorm infusion) or human for water), or a witch of a race I haven't decided (maybe beast bonded or hedge witch for archetype)

I've been tinkering around with the idea of making a 'blind swordsman' type character in starfinder, using Vlaka for the race. Classwise I'm trying to decide between Solarian (can take advantage of race stats better) or Soldier (Probably easier to build). Would one work particularly better than the other, and are there any options I should consider going for?
