Print out PFS numbers for those players who do not participate in PFS, tell them you've gotten them numbers and if they ever choose to play PFS they can use them, report the AP for those numbers. Keep a record of the numbers in case those people do ever decide to try out PFS. Profit.

You're basically right. Heck, it's been ok'd to run APs in other rpg systems and still get pfs credit. Also in campaign mode there's no need for even having the books. If you as GM want to allow pfsrd or some other source for building characters you can.

If you download the Iron Gods chronicle sheets. or any AP, there is a document that explains how to run the AP in campaign mode or with PFS characters using only the sanctioned content.

"Alternatively, if you are participating in the Iron Gods Adventure Path with an ongoing group undertaking the entire, six-chapter campaign, you may receive credit for playing the sanctioned portions of the adventure as if you had played a pregenerated character. In this case, GMs running the Adventure Path are not bound to the rules of the Pathfinder Society Organized Play campaign (such as 20-point buy, unavailability of hero points, etc.) when running the campaign or the sanctioned portion of the adventure. Pathfinder Society characters and characters from an ongoing Adventure Path campaign may not play in the same adventure."

So as i understand, we may generate any characters we want (if we have books that allow us to do it) even with races for which we do not have allowing Chronicles/boons (but we have proper books).
Of course the characters to which we're gonna attach the AP Chronicles will be different - generated by the rules of the Society.

The other option is to run the AP in Campaign Mode. You'd run the entire AP (not just the sanctioned content) from start to finish, but you wouldn't need to follow any of the PFS campaign rules. After completing each portion of sanctioned content (or at the conclusion of the entire AP; I believe it's your choice), you'd assign that portion's associated Chronicle to any PFS-legal, in-tier character of the player's choosing.

As i understand, playing AP in Compaign Mode i may give my players any race (for example goblin and orcs), accept some of them are evil, let them roll "4d6-keep three for abilities" and give them Chronicles after finishing parts of AP? If so, how can i prove (which rules) that this is possible?

Anyone know what is the starting cash for barbarian? In my russian version it's 105 gp, but when i opened -beginer-box-barbarian- in Hero Lab, the starting cash was 140. Then i opened a Beginner Box Player Pack i haven't found ANY links to barb's starting cash =(
