Hello lovely Customer Service Elves!

I'm wondering if you can please cancel my PACG subscription. I love the game but cannot handle the shipping for the base set. Once that is done, I will sign back up for the subscription starting with the Character Add-on Deck.

Hi Katina,

I took the information to my local game store, and they were able to find the item from their distributor's website. However, when I talked to them recently, they haven't seen or heard anything about it from the distributor (that was back in April). Any chance you might be able to help me?

Question regarding the "Temptation of Big Die." At the end of the scenario, does it return to the box? The card doesn't clearly state this, and I could be tempted to keep it next to my character until I come across something that would make me want to take the plunge.

I bought the 4th adventure in the S&S adventure path, which had the printing error, from my local game store. I saw on the PACG messageboards that a make good pack was prepared and shipped with the 6th adventure. When I went to the same game store and asked about it, they did not know what I was talking about. They have checked their supplier but have not found any information about it. Is there something specific I should tell them to search from the distributor? If this doesn't work, will I be able to order the pack from Paizo directly?

I placed a subscription order for the PACG at the end of February, and it added the Skulls & Shackles AP6 to the order. I had clicked to ship those items as soon as possible, but I haven't received an email or anything saying that they have been shipped. Could someone please look into the order and let me know what is happening.
