Thank you for getting back to me! Changing the address did solve the issue. I made one more failed purchase attempt before it went through, so there should be one more duplicate charge to be removed. For the future, does the website have a way of telling me what went wrong with the transaction? It would help speed up these kinds of issues.


Trying to buy some pdfs and I can't check out my order. Page just loads for a bit and goes nowhere. I've tried looking at other people's solutions to the problem. So far, I've tried switching browsers, clearing cookies and site data, and reentering payment information, all with no success.
