Sorry to rehash an old thread, but one point of clarification.
Looking at the chronicle sheet from one of these missions, all the equipment appears to be stuff already found in the core rule book or armory (basically). Is the only benefit, then, boosting the level restriction by one? That is, you can by a level 3 item from the sheet, but not from the CRB (when you're level 1)?
