I'm not sure what you mean.Of course you can guess a square, you don't need scent for that.You just wont get confirmation that he is actually in that square.
As far as the pinpointing adjacent enemies goes I don't think you need to spend a move action for that, you just know when hes within 5ft of you and in what square.

Just some notes for you on a couple of things:
AoO's are excuted before the action that provoked them.

Also in the special case of provoking with a combat maneuver be remembered that you substract any damage you take from an AoO from your CMB for the following maneuver.

Another thing is that you can't take AoO's while grappling or being grappled unless you have an ability that removes that restriction.

Math is correct. You said that hes surrounded but it might be worth mentioning that arian counts as flanked for all the attacks from the elementals, so he loses his dex bonus to AC as well as all dodge bonuses including the one from total defense,

I think you can go ahead and do your summons, it's pretty clear by now that they don't have a means to locate you.
If any of them want to slap on a buff or ready an action they can do it retroactively depending on how many rounds you need.

It does not say weight because it says" a surface capable of supporting it", a surface can only support weight.It's a surface, it can't support the needs of your respiratory system or anything if its that what you mean.

Nope I'm not interpreting that line. The quote I gave says surface.Its not about environmental support It must be able to stand and its weight has to be supported by the surface.
A surface is the outer topmost boundary of an object so the air has no surface.Underground and underwater are not surfaces.

RAW is absolutely unambigous here.To quote again:" It must arrive in an open location on a surface capable of supporting it."

It must be on a surface, that rules out the air completely because the air has no surface. Underground is out too,if you are borrowing your clearly not on the surface.
Water has a surface and this surface can support creatures with a swim speed.

Sorry to rain on your parade like that but RAW(and I think RAI) is pretty clear abut that.We could bring the others in on that question if you want.

Summon Monster and Summon Nature's Ally must place the creature on a surface. You can't summon things into the air, even if they fly.

Thats also true for earthglide and swim.Swimming creatures can be summoned on the surface of water but not underwater.

The charges provoked because they went through your threatened spaces and you have reach.Esmeralda does not, so no AoO for her.

Against what enemy did you make the AoO, one of the eagles or against the eidolon?

Thats for you to decide. Bruno gets an AoO against at least one of the Eagles or the Eidolon if he had his Lance drawn though not sure if he entered the arena with his weapon in hand but I guess so.

You can't ready an action to charge ,only standard or move actions.

You can charge as a standard action only when you are not allowed to take full round actions like in the surprise round but charging in general is still a full round action. Also if you ready an action that uses up Trick's surprise round action so he(or she) would be back to normal for anything after. Sorry.
