Backstory:

Smoak worked in the lucritve peddling of flesh for the Chelixian Empire for most of his adult life. He was sent to Taligrade to make inroads into the business. Alas the local law was not interested in him doing business in their city and confiscated his wares and sent him to prison to await his fate.

Description:

At 3 Feet tall and 32 pds Smoak is skinny for a Halfing, almost gaunt. The handsome Halfing has dark black hair and violet eyes.
