Have you thought of doing it on a fortnight basis instead of a weekly one? That way those players who have family or work schedules can work something out that is easier to pitch.

You could also run one game on one weekend, and the other game on the next.

Otherwise if you're not getting enough for a regular campaign, considered getting into pathfinder society games?

In the rule books it says items can have special qualities, like sheds light as the light spell, or has something that provides the use of its function.

Now in PFS, can you have buy an item that has one of these special qualities, like a sword that sheds light?

Once you get to improved familiar, you can get access to ones that can cast spells on you via wands. My 9th level sorcerer has a pseudo dragon just for that

I was thinking a little while back about having an app that can link to your PFS account, and thus show sessions. Has anyone else thought about doing anything about this, or know if it would be possible?

If the society field guide there is a section for vanity followers.

It would be similar to a druid wild shaping into an elemental I would have thought.

I view the oradin a front line healer more than a cleric. But like anything, you will need to play it smart otherwise the GM might have the bug nasties pick on them.
