So it's pretty clear that we've lost both Hammas and Sergei. Is that going to be acknowledged in game at some point? Is there any prospect for the speed of this game to pick up again? It was going so fast and great, and now it barely trickles.

Should we not be going to initiative right about now? Inuki and I basically charged into their game of "eat the caltrops", are they just ignoring us?

Roga will wave the face-skin at Nareth before going after Inuki into the room. "Of course they're dangerous, lets kill them."

He makes no attempt at stealth, "Ready to die demons!?" he asks the little blue creatures, recognizing them as the pests from the cave much earlier in their journey, "My horse already offed one of your cousins."

Roga grabs the axes, "Guess the woman's already taken care of." he says, waving the face skin for the others to see.

Roga clambers down after Iunki, drawing his earthbreaker. Once the others have dropped down he motions the fox-bard forward.

Roga walks by the prisoners, clunking them over the head and knocking them out. "I think we can't trust them for one. As for the hole, I think one of us needs to go in and look. I'm happy to." Turning to Midnight Roga says, "Watch them, if they run" he says pantomiming it, "Smash them" he continues making hoof motions at the tied up unconscious bandits.

Just doing enough non-lethal damage to put them under for a while.

"We aren't prepared to assault a fortress full of men yet. Lets fix this wagon first. Then we can knock these fools out and load them into it tied up. Then we go down the hole, kill that b*tch and get Svetlana's ring back. Then we go back to Oleg's sell all this, deal with this lot one way or the other and THEN, we can worry about our next move."

"Agreed that we should probably not leave that loose end hanging. She went under a rotten smelling tree huh? I guess we should do down there, but what are we going to do this lot?" Roga asks indicating the prisoners.

Once they are standing apart from the bandits, Roga will say "I'm fine with giving them employment at Oleg's under the supervision of Krestle. If Oleg will take them that is. I know we're not required to, but I'd feel better about this if we convened a jury of locals to decide if they hang or not."

"So you figure they're dead yet? They've been gone for a few minutes now. Pretty decent haul here. Whatever the situation of the others, we should take these lot back to Oleg's for trial and to sell all this stuff. Mind helping me fix this wagon?" Roga asks Nareth, while examining the damage to the vehicle.

Well, since Roga can't leave the bandits unattended he's basically waiting for the crazy half-orc and everyone who went after her to return. If they don't come back tonight he'll either go look for their bodies himself, or ask one of the others to do it.

Roga will load everything into the wagon, and begin fixing it.

Roga takes an inventory of everything the bandit's had after tying them all up.

I'm sorry, I missed how many are actually still alive.

If any of them tries to escape in any way, Roga will kill them without hesitation.

Copying them out of PDFs is the easiest way. If you want to add coordinates or a grid, that takes about 30 seconds in Maptool.

Well sh*t. By the time I'd get everyone tied up, she'd be long gone. So basically we have to split the party now. It's either that or leaving the ones in the camp to run free while we all go chase Hammas.

Roga curses as the half-orc runs off with her dog. "Gods damn it. We can't just leave these curs here unattended. Jutmon, Sergei and Inuki go after her. Narth and I can handle this."

Roga will ensure all the men are tied up tightly and loaded into the wagon along with the crates. After thoroughly searching the camp for anything they might have missed (taking 20 on perception to search the tent and campfire area), he will pull the others aside for a talk.

"So, do we execute these and go after the leader? Take them back to Oleg's and hang them there? If we don't go after the woman soon, she's liable to escape our grasp for the foreseeable future." Roga looks at the crates, "No way to know for sure if they're killers, but Oleg and Svetlana seem to think that these particular bandits were worth killing."

Well then Roga will just attack any bandits who are still resisting.

"Secure these jackwagons. I'm after the dame!" Roga shouts, riding off after the woman.

If he can catch her, he'll attack her for nonlethal damage.

Roga will drop his lance, draw his greatsword and urge Midnight to step up and attack the closest bandit.

5' step north west. Full attack the bandit, hoof hoof bit and power attack greatsword.

"For Brevoy!" he shouts.

Roga waits the appointed time for the groups to be in position, and then rides into the camp charging as soon as possible, setting off the prearranged signal to attack.

Roga will stop out of sight of the camp (say 100 feet if the brush is thick enough). Then give the sneaky people two minutes to get in position. After two minutes he'll just ride up to the camp, and charge as soon as he's got a clear line.

After two minutes, pre-surprise round Double move/run to <40 feet out, and then charge in the surprise round targeting the shadow in the tent. If the stealthy folks are spotted, and a cry goes up, start taking a run action to get into charging position then.

"Don't think it was like that. Just that they were having to pay "taxes" to them every week. They were living in terror when we first arrived. They mentioned a female bandit with two axes who's a real psycho if memory serves."

"Well, I'd wager these are the bandits with the female leader that had Oleg and Svetlana in such a state when we first came to these lands. Either way, by your 'River Freedoms' we're well within our rights to attack them and take their stuff. So we kill them, plain and simple. Try to keep the tent woman alive if possible, if she goes down keep one of the lackeys alive." Roga replies to Hammas.

"I'll come up the trail behind the tent, mounted on Midnight. Nareth will come in behind me. Hammas and Inuki come in from the south (Blue arrow), while Sergei and Jutmon take cover behind that wagon and deal with the tree guy." Roga says, reviewing the plan and pointing at the dirt drawing. "Once Hammas and Inuki have dropped log boy, we'll have any remaining in the camp flanked. Should be easy from there. If everyone's clear on their part, lets go. Get this nasty business over with."

"Are you suggesting leniency, or just that we kill all our prisoners when we're finished with them?" Roga asks, clearly confused by Hammas complaining about not killing their last prisoner and then suggesting these next bandits were probably innocents.

I dunno how well I can charge a tent, but sounds pretty good.

"There are no jails in the stolen lands, and we are the law. These men and women we're about to fight knew the penalty for banditry was death before they came out here. We may be able to spare a few, but the vast majority of them will have to die. I'd suggest any we spare at this point be put to work at Oleg's. Or if he doesn't want them, at least hang them publicly so that everyone knows the law's returned here."
