Swallowing hard Siobhán steps forward, approaching the Sea King on shaking legs. "I'm sorry your majesty, but it is no longer your time, and you should rest." She tells the unseeing man, reaching out nervously and placing a hand against his chest as a light green glow surrounds her fingertips.

Healaugh ap Caftenar wrote: Healaugh starts methodically working his way down the right hand wall. Siobbhán follows suit, working her way slowly and patiently down the left hand wall, trailing her fingertips over it's surface as she prays to the powers that be to help them find a way away from the cursed island.

Siobhán remains quiet, seemingly traumatised over the passing of the old man but not wanting to drag the mood down by commenting. Her body quaking a little she gives a nod at Melisana's suggestion. "Perhaps we should spread out and explore in depth" She offers quietly "Normally I'd want us to stick together but we don't have much time"

Siobhán silently follows the group, letting them take the lead and trying not to get too depressed over how dire the situation has become. As they reach the molding tapestry her attention is caught and she looks closely at it, unable to suppress her inner historian even in the lifethreatening situation.

In utter shock Siobhán kneels beside the old man's crumpled form and gently rolls him into a more comfortable position so she can check his vital signs and ensure he will be alright, despite the attack she doesn't want to see him die as well. Her head hung as she works she silently cries, emptions frayed she just wants to go home, if her village will have her back after her unexplained absence.

"Please Coinneach! Don't do this!" Siobhán pleads through the pain of the unexpected wound he gave her as she scrabbles to open the scroll and read the magical words on it, all the while feeling a little guilty for using one of the Sea King's treasures on the poor man.

Siobhán smiles sadly and bows her head a little at Coinneach's words "Aye, you had to do right by him, he was lucky to have you" She murmurs faintly before looking over the map thoughtfully. "'Go Slow Hallway' .. is it trapped? or just unsteady?" She questions in a worried tone.

Siobhán hurries as best she can, trying not to stumble in her sudden overwhelming fear over how important this very moment was to the groups survival. Keeping quiet she makes plans in the back of her mind as to how she can hold up the approaching Fhoi Myore herself so the others can get away if all else fails.

Unsure if the two torches alone will be enough for the entire group Siobhán kneels herself beside the shaft and lightly places her hand Healeaugh's spear. "You won't need one of the torches when you have Brigid with you" She murmurs with a kind smile before uttering a quick spell, lighting up the tip of the weapon.

Still unsure of herself Siobhán looks around for a more intelligent course of action. Thinking on her feet she looks at the two Yrchs. "Leave us be!" She tells them solidly, throwing her arms wide and casting a spell, the only spell she has that has the potential of scaring them away or at least drawing their attention to her and away from the others. Unleashing a gallon of water, she gives the two monsters a look that implies she can do a lot worse to them if they don't back off, all the while worrying they'll see through her. Casting a mighty create water - fear the mighty spellcaster

"It seems you were fated to get this one" Siobhán remarks simply with a smile as she looksover the beautiful spear in the halfling's hands. Leaving Healaugh to admire is new weapon she looks sadly over the books on the floor before moving onwards, following the will of the magical stick in her hands once more.

Siobhán blinks slowly at Brand's outburst and after a moment she shakes her head a little. "I'm not one for grand feasts or being a hero" She utters quietly "I just want to help people, if they'll trust me enough to let me.." Smiling sadly she listens at the door to the room that contains more magic and utterly sure there can't possibly be anything on the other side she opens the door.

Siobhán looks uncertainly at the piece of paper "I have my pendant as well, this just feels greedy" She confides uncertainly "I just want to get all of you home, I don't need any treasure" She tells the group quietly as she starts to follow where the wand leads her once more.

Siobhán shakes her head a little at the halflings enthusiasm and apparent need to drive her ever onwards. She stays still for a moment besides Ynyr, concentrating on the dagger and the stick she has in had she tries to glean any more information she can about the treasure and who it would be best suited to.

Siobhán wanders around the room she's been ushered into, holding gently and respectfully onto the wand and waiting patiently to see if it senses anything. A small excited smile appears on her elfin features as it begins to sink it that she's carrying a magical item and more than that, a magical item that's a part of history.
Female Alfkinder (Half Elf) Adept 1
"Of course I'm willing to carry the stick, if you all feel that's right." Siobhán replies gently with a weak smile, looking over those gathered around her, her eyes resting on Coinneach last, especially wanting his approval as he knew the great woman it once belonged to.

Siobhán makes a small suprised and sad sound at hearing the pucha squawk in pain. Casting one last look over in Tresmeer's direction to make sure he's still alright she steps forward and into the room with the others. Tucking her hair behind her ears she kneels in front of the creature with a gentle smile. "I'm Siobhán" She introduces herself slowly and clearly "Who are you? and can you tall me anything about the stick?" She asks, hoping to open more friendly communications with the pucha, the more information the better in this situation.

Coinneach's Room: Spoiler: Watching the old man's distress with sad eyes Siobhán moves closer and loosely wraps her arms around him. "I know, they really had no right, it's utterly fiendish.. but you need to tell us, was there anything important to you in here? Maybe that at least we can rescue for you.."
Female Alfkinder (Half Elf) Adept 1
Following the pair Siobhán stands in shock as the two split up, heading in different directions. Frozen in place she gives a tiny gasp as Coinneach starts to rant. Hurrying after the old man she places a reassuring hand on his shoulder in an attempt to calm him. "Shh.. they're monsters. What they've done is awful, but better they did it to your room than to you, right?" She quickly whispers.
Female Alfkinder (Half Elf) Adept 1
"Might I suggest that splitting up at all is utterly ill advised?" Siobhán pipes up a little shyly "We're all people of differing skills and need to stay together. The treasures might might help us, but maybe we should find the boat first, to know we have a route to our escape before the storm picks up"

Stealthy elfy (1d20=15) At this rate I'm starting to feel morally obliged to one day give her ranks in move silently if she survives. Siobhán gives Melisana a weak, nervous smile as the group continues to stumble their way towards the manor.

Apologies from my husband in regards to Conall - he's trying to catch up on the thread. He made himself quite ill with work stress, hence the sporadic posting. Chewing on her lower lip in worry over the sound of the footfalls of her companions Siobhán silently prays to the deities for a little good luck and for the creatures in the manor to be a little deaf as she follows Coinneach. Move Silently (again) (1d20=19) It seems invisible castle really wants Siobhán to be all stealthy.

Siobhán nods slowly at the halflings words before being suddenly reminded of something. "Oh, Conall.." She starts taking the dagger she has been carrying and offering it to the hunter. "I took this from Hafkris, on the condition it would go to you when you were healed. I'm sorry I didn't remember sooner" She apologises meekly with a small smile. "I'm sure it will do better in your hands than mine"
