Sigma Mu rushes into the room, ducking behind some desks. Pulling more technomantic energy from the computers in the room, as well as the server room next door, Sigma tears open a door in the fabric of reality and calls forth an aeon to attack the drow with the rifle.

Whenever necessary, Sigma Mu closes his eyes and reaches for strands of technomantic power woven into the infosphere. Grabbing a hold firmly with his will he funnels the energy, drawing with it the present languages he is unfamiliar with. Crafting a sort of mental key on the fly, he is able to comprehend the otherwise unknown languages.

Sigma Mu enters the Starscape Chamber, taking a moment to appreciate the holographic projector. Remembering that there are what he assumes to be better adjusted lifeforms in the room he expands his inventory of things to notice.

Recognizing Kaylee, he makes a genuine attempt to craft a smile but it is plastered across his face as awkwardly as the formal attire he currently wears. He nods to Data and takes a seat as the mission briefing commences.

At the mention of the drow houses, Sigma Mu does his best to recall information surrounding their traditions and customs.

This was going to be our 10th year in a row, but after moving and adjusting our lifestyle accordingly, we don't quite have the $$ we would normally drop (we ussually go to town @ gencon). Hopefully next year.

We've been considering switching from gencon to origins though. Haven't arrived at a conclusion however.

Those are super solid rolls. If you can find a pocket where we're in someone's aft arc to negate there attack altogether (I assume they have the same loadout) while putting someone in our forward arc, that would be my priority. Otherwise, your call.

Sigma Mu steers the ship in a wide defensive arc circling around to flank the red ship.

For some reason I no longer have editing privileges on the maps. My movement would be this:
2 Hexes, counterclockwise turn, 2 hexes, counterclockwise turn, 5 hexes, counterclockwise turn, 1 hex. This should put their port side in our forward arc with a distance of about 2-3 hexes. Blue should be around 13 hexes away but we are still within their forward arc.
