I have really been enjoying this game, even if I consider it to be my casual game. I liked the simplicity of the mechanics and the simplicity of the story.

If we want to put it to pause for now and revisit it in the future, I am totally for that.

| HP: 21/21 | AC: 4/3 with shield | D: 12 W: 13 P: 14 B: 15 S: 16 | Open Door 5in6 |

No worries! I actually checked in here today just in case I missed stuff. Take your time <3

| HP: 21/21 | AC: 4/3 with shield | D: 12 W: 13 P: 14 B: 15 S: 16 | Open Door 5in6 |

Sigfried faces down the fierce foe, readying his shield and sword before launching into another series of attacks. He looked for openings in the foe's defenses, looking for a pleasant place to sink his blade into.

THAC0: 19 - 1d20 - 3 ⇒ 19 - (1) - 3 = 15
Damage: 1d8 + 3 ⇒ (2) + 3 = 5

Ah, I almost forgot how much this dice roller hates this character. Good times.

Yes please! It'll just keep everything going speedy <3

Hey folks! My head is trying to explode so I will likely be asleep all of today. Sorry for the inconvenience.

| HP: 21/21 | AC: 4/3 with shield | D: 12 W: 13 P: 14 B: 15 S: 16 | Open Door 5in6 |

When the bolts of energy and arrows begin to fly, Sigfried leads the charge inwards to strike against their enemies. Fearlessly, he charges the large foe with the hammer with his sword and shield, aiming to strike a telling blow.

Attack: THAC0 - 16: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (5) + 3 = 8Damage: 1d8 + 3 ⇒ (7) + 3 = 10

| HP: 21/21 | AC: 4/3 with shield | D: 12 W: 13 P: 14 B: 15 S: 16 | Open Door 5in6 |

"On your mark then, Dzhim." Sigfried would whisper, waiting for the mage to unleash arcane fury before rushing in on the attack.

| HP: 21/21 | AC: 4/3 with shield | D: 12 W: 13 P: 14 B: 15 S: 16 | Open Door 5in6 |

Sigfried nods, agreeing with the small man's plans.

"I will lead the charge and engage the foe with the hammer. Those that feel confident, engage the goblins in melee. Prioritize any ranged combatants." It was a simple but brutally effective plan. Their task was to harass the enemy, destroy supplies, and take out those that they could. Dying now would be not be a worthy death.

When the others were ready, Sigfried would begin to approach. The magic of the cloak he had helping him blend into the forest even more so than usual as he got as close as he dared before charging into glorious battle!

| HP: 21/21 | AC: 4/3 with shield | D: 12 W: 13 P: 14 B: 15 S: 16 | Open Door 5in6 |

Sigfried remains tense and ready, quietly unsheathing his blade and strapping his shield to his arm. Pickles had made their way ahead through the forest but there was nothing but darkness and the glimmer of a torchlight ahead. He silently prayed for the halfling's wellbeing and prepared himself for the inevitable battle to come.

| HP: 21/21 | AC: 4/3 with shield | D: 12 W: 13 P: 14 B: 15 S: 16 | Open Door 5in6 |

Sigfried nods in approval at the halfling's quiet nature, ready to lead the group deeper into the forest to keep an eye out on the enemy's forces. Day turns towards dusk and dusk slowly turns to twilight, the shadows of the forest growing longer and more nefarious by the minute. When the sound of a large caravan begins to be heard, Sigfried moves behind a tree large enough to hide his bulk and looks around the side of it carefully to see what approaches them all.

| HP: 21/21 | AC: 4/3 with shield | D: 12 W: 13 P: 14 B: 15 S: 16 | Open Door 5in6 |

Forgot to roll for Hit Points since I'm Level 3 now. I'll do so now.

Hit Points: 1d8 ⇒ 5

Sigfried can already hear a headache beginning to form in his head as they make their way along the muddied paths towards where the goblins had attacked. He almost hoped for an ambush to contain the prattle between the cleric and the mage.

"Don't talk so loudly. We're in enemy territory." As he walks, Sigfried's steps seem to become more and more quiet. It was strange to hear as the warrior suddenly became utterly silent.

Thanks cloak.

| HP: 21/21 | AC: 4/3 with shield | D: 12 W: 13 P: 14 B: 15 S: 16 | Open Door 5in6 |

"I-I think it is just a figure of speech, Jacob." Sigfried says softly, frowning for a moment before looking at the others. He shoulders his packs and readies to head out to do what he can against the goblin menace.

| HP: 21/21 | AC: 4/3 with shield | D: 12 W: 13 P: 14 B: 15 S: 16 | Open Door 5in6 |

A scowl spreads across Sigfried's face as the Count mentions that a force has amassed against the town and his rightful rulership. Was their counter-attack too fierce and now it brought danger to the gentle folk of Kolstoke. It could not be allowed.

"I will certainly offer my sword to your cause, my lord. The people of Kolstoke have been welcoming ever since they have seen that our ambitions bring no harm to them. I would not see any others in pain." Sigfried looked to his comrades, not volunteering them to help defend this place but the look in his eyes was quietly beseeching them nonetheless.

| HP: 21/21 | AC: 4/3 with shield | D: 12 W: 13 P: 14 B: 15 S: 16 | Open Door 5in6 |

Sigfried nods at the count, nodding to the priest in thanks before taking the book with him. There was much to study and learn if he was to learn what had happened to his mentor. Bringing the others in tow, he would lead them to the tavern before opening the doors and walking in.

"My lord, you were seeking us?" Sigfried says, bowing reverently to the noble man.

| HP: 21/21 | AC: 4/3 with shield | D: 12 W: 13 P: 14 B: 15 S: 16 | Open Door 5in6 |

Sigfried pulls the book carefully off of the shelf, regarding it with the same wariness that the priest had shown them moments ago. It seemed that his master had known what he was going to be delving into. He sits nearby the others, gesturing them closer to look over and read through the book page by page.

| HP: 21/21 | AC: 4/3 with shield | D: 12 W: 13 P: 14 B: 15 S: 16 | Open Door 5in6 |

"Priest, you have not answered me. Show me the records my master had been looking over. I implore you!" Sigfried cares not for the man's wariness when it came to them. They had shown their bravery and loyalty with a rescued son and the Count's favor.

| HP: 21/21 | AC: 4/3 with shield | D: 12 W: 13 P: 14 B: 15 S: 16 | Open Door 5in6 |

"Y-you do?" Sigfried says, his eyes widening and a grin spreading across his face. [b]"Please, show me what records he was looking over. I must see them." The excitement coming from the large warrior is palpable.

| HP: 21/21 | AC: 4/3 with shield | D: 12 W: 13 P: 14 B: 15 S: 16 | Open Door 5in6 |

I do concur that the holidays and the chaos before and after it have taken a lot of wind from our sails, it seems.

| HP: 21/21 | AC: 4/3 with shield | D: 12 W: 13 P: 14 B: 15 S: 16 | Open Door 5in6 |

Sigfried thanks the man for his aid and goes to look through the different books and records that were kept in the chapel. There had to be clues somewhere around here, something that could help him in his search.

| HP: 21/21 | AC: 4/3 with shield | D: 12 W: 13 P: 14 B: 15 S: 16 | Open Door 5in6 |

Sigfried thinks over Dzhim's question for a moment, his brows furrowing. The only lead he now had was of the strange dream that he had the night before and the newly arrived priest had mentioned. He turns towards the locksmith and gives the woman a nod before he speak.

"Do you know of any scholars here or nearby that have more knowledge about the woods? I have...questions that I only think those with more esoteric knowledge may have answers to."

| HP: 21/21 | AC: 4/3 with shield | D: 12 W: 13 P: 14 B: 15 S: 16 | Open Door 5in6 |

My apologies! I totally missed the question. I'll get a post up soon!

| HP: 21/21 | AC: 4/3 with shield | D: 12 W: 13 P: 14 B: 15 S: 16 | Open Door 5in6 |

"For now, we are free to do as we please my friend. The man who arrived had a dream of us...and I dreamt of my master. I do not think the woods are done with us though." Sigfried says softly, his face scowling before his smile grows. "We did recover treasures though! Come and see!"

So I am interested in basically everything but the scrolls. A magical weapon could be clutch in the right circumstance, being a big and silent man could be amazing with the cloak, and healing is always helpful. What do folks think?

| HP: 21/21 | AC: 4/3 with shield | D: 12 W: 13 P: 14 B: 15 S: 16 | Open Door 5in6 |

"I believe so. Our dwarven friend has been engaged in some research about his own kind lurking somewhere within the forest. Pickles and the dog are fine. Dzhimburt is good as well, he proved quite skilled in the battle against the dark knight. There is another here, one drawn in by strange dreams and portents. Perhaps you can talk to him when his business is done with the count?" The question about the armored figure brings a sour look to Sigfried's face and he shakes his head, letting out a soft sigh.

"Unfortunately, that foul figure escaped our grasp and fled into the woods. I do not believe that this will be the last time that we meet him though. Next time, he will not be so lucky."

| HP: 21/21 | AC: 4/3 with shield | D: 12 W: 13 P: 14 B: 15 S: 16 | Open Door 5in6 |

While looking over the cloak, he happened to see a familiar face pass by the shop. Grinning widely, he moved passed his comrades and opened the door quick enough that it smacked against the wall as he stepped out.

"Brother Jacob!" The warrior's voice boomed before he rushed up and gathered the cleric in a tight hug. He looked down at the flustered man, grinning widely. "I thought that warg pulled you away as a snack! We tried to find you but we couldn't seem to find your tracks or your remains. Thank the heavens that you are alright."

| HP: 21/21 | AC: 4/3 with shield | D: 12 W: 13 P: 14 B: 15 S: 16 | Open Door 5in6 |

Sigfried watches the woman work with skill and technique, curiously in awe of her talent with lockpicks and other tools of the trade. Sigfried was about to explain when the trap was triggered and a long, dangerous blade slipped out and nearly nicked the woman.

"Are you okay ma'am?" Sigfried asked, the concern in his voice earnest and true. When she laughed and grinned, he relaxed and nodded softly. "It was in the hands of goblins and fouler things. We took it after claiming victory."

The chest was finally opened and within it was a number of interesting items. The cloak was exquisitely made and carefully, he would remove it and unfurl it open to better examine it.

| HP: 21/21 | AC: 4/3 with shield | D: 12 W: 13 P: 14 B: 15 S: 16 | Open Door 5in6 |

Nah, come on in! This is supposed to be a very relaxed campaign from what I remember so I'd love to have Brother Jacob come on back in.

| HP: 21/21 | AC: 4/3 with shield | D: 12 W: 13 P: 14 B: 15 S: 16 | Open Door 5in6 |

I'll have a post up tomorrow guys. My mood is just really sour and gameplay is just not coming to my head at all at the moment.

| HP: 21/21 | AC: 4/3 with shield | D: 12 W: 13 P: 14 B: 15 S: 16 | Open Door 5in6 |

With their rewards in hand, Sigfried's smile grows larger. He looks back at the others and gives a nod towards the castle's entrance.

"Let us find the locksmith and see if that chest contained anything worthwhile. May our good fortune last." Turning towards Murphy, he gives a nod. "Be safe, good sir. May our paths cross again." With that, he would make his way back to the tavern with silver in hand to gather up the chest and bring it to the town's locksmith. Who knew what valuables laid within.

| HP: 21/21 | AC: 4/3 with shield | D: 12 W: 13 P: 14 B: 15 S: 16 | Open Door 5in6 |

Sigfried looks immediately caught off-guard by the ceremonial garb of the guards as well as the pomp and circumstance of the situation. He had become accustomed to the simpler life of mercenary work, not the noble customs that his mentor had trained him for. The horn is blown and soon after, the Count and two other men depart the barracks and approach. The murmurs at the tavern help identify which is which quickly; the count's chamberlain and the commander of the guard. Lifting his chin up and moving his shoulders back, Sigfried presents a strong and dignified appearance as best as he can considering his common clothing. Their deeds are called out for all to hear and a small smile creeps across his face.

"Are you watching, Master Tennon? I hope I am making you proud." He thinks quietly to himself, awaiting his turn to receive his reward from the count.

"Thank you, my lord." Sigfried says in deference, taking the ring from him and slipping it upon his finger. Such a gift was just as good as the silver pence that sat heavily within the coin purse. Once rewarded, he would step back an await the next step of celebration with the others.

| HP: 21/21 | AC: 4/3 with shield | D: 12 W: 13 P: 14 B: 15 S: 16 | Open Door 5in6 |

"Master Tennon and I last spoke years ago, further west back in the Imperial Heartlands. He had found me on a farm and recognized my potential, taught my hands to wield a blade and shield rather than a hoe and shovel. He left for these woods on some...unknown quest. I had come here to find answers..." He silently thought over the priest's words; what could it all mean? What if it was a premonition? Was it a call for aid or a warning? He hated the complexity of magic and the strangeness of it all; sharp steel was as true as it was rigid. The door opens as the Count's men entered in to collect them, distracting Sigfried from his thoughts before he nodded.

"Of course, let us be on our way then." Sigfried murmured, collecting his things and making his way out into the morning light. The count had more business with them and there was still the locked chest that they needed to deal with. Why the man needed this stranger was also a curious thing.

| HP: 21/21 | AC: 4/3 with shield | D: 12 W: 13 P: 14 B: 15 S: 16 | Open Door 5in6 |

"You had strange dreams, you say..." Sigfried ignored the wizard's apparent disinterest with the man's dreams, leaning in a little closer now with a frown. The man's description of what he had dreamed sounded remarkably like Sigfried and the others. It could also be a trick but his own strange dream lingered on him like the heaviest of smokes. "I too, had a strange dream last night. My master, he disappeared in these damnable woods. I have hoped to find him or, at least, what became of him."

"We are on our way to speak with the lord of these lands. Perhaps a reason why you were sent to find us will come in time?"

| HP: 21/21 | AC: 4/3 with shield | D: 12 W: 13 P: 14 B: 15 S: 16 | Open Door 5in6 |

Sigfried stops at the sight of the strange man who was sitting there by himself, being given the somewhat cold shoulder by the town. Him and his compatriots had been given the same treatment when they first arrived before they had rescued the local boy and began to work with the local lord.

"Hail, friend. Your generosity to my new friend Dzhim is appreciated. I am Sigfried the Strong. What brings you so close to the Dolmenwoods?"

| HP: 21/21 | AC: 4/3 with shield | D: 12 W: 13 P: 14 B: 15 S: 16 | Open Door 5in6 |

Sigfried wakes from his dream with a start, his eyes wide and his heart hammering in his chest. Clenching a fist over that quick, thumping muscle, he would take a moment to breathe and calm himself. Light filtered in through the window of his room, his eyes staring at how the little bits of dust flitter through the air. The smell of food cooking downstairs was a small distraction but the vivid nature of his dream was too strong to disappear away.

"Was that a vision? Is my master still alive, even now?" His task with the count was done for now but the mystery of those forboding woods still remained. Rising from his bed, he shook his dark mane of hair and made his way downstairs. The serving wench gave him a shy, flirtatious smile as he settled on one of the chairs and awaited his comrades. Once they came down, he would've ordered a hearty breakfast of eggs, bread, water, and fruits if the tavern had them available.

"Friends, did you sleep well?" Sigfried asked, unaware of how interesting of a question that was to ask. "Once we eat, I will take the chest to the locksmith and work out a deal with them to get this open. Then we shall go see the Count, receive our reward, and perhaps there'll be more work for us." He was certain that the lord of the land would not take the threat of the forest lightly and would need men at arms to fight. Mercenary work was not so prestigious but it was good work to make a name for oneself.

| HP: 21/21 | AC: 4/3 with shield | D: 12 W: 13 P: 14 B: 15 S: 16 | Open Door 5in6 |

"Thank you, my lord. We wish you a good evening." Once the nobility had exited the room, Sigfried rose back onto his feet. His body was tired even after their night sleeping; he was too restless concerned about their lost comrade and the enemy who got away. It was evident in the man's face now that appearances weren't nearly as needed. He was grateful for the escort in to the town and once more to the Green Fairie. Settling into a seat, Sigfried looks amidst his comrades with a sad smile as cups are brought out to them.

"A toast to Ziyad! May he be safe even in the clutches of the enemy!" The words are more to reassure the caring warrior, who clinks drinks with whomever is willing and eagerly eats his meal. The hearty, warm food is a wonderful change from the hard and mostly tasteless rations that he had been eating the day before. Once he is finished, he looks to the assembled men and their newfound friend.

"Dzhim, you fought with us when it was not needed. I thank you for that. I do not think I am alone in saying that you should have a share of the reward we will be receiving tomorrow. Your help was crucial in the battles and I thank you for it." Sigfried finishes his glass of ale, wiping the froth from his mouth as he leans in. "We're a ragtag group but your magical skills could be incredibly good. Would you join us?"

| HP: 21/21 | AC: 4/3 with shield | D: 12 W: 13 P: 14 B: 15 S: 16 | Open Door 5in6 |

The walk is relatively quiet back to the town of Kolstoke; the enemy was still out there and Sigfried could not help but feel like he was still being watched. Arriving back within the town, he thanks Robyn for their assistance before looking upon Castle Kolstoke. With no hesitation, the warrior makes his way towards the imposing fortress. The guards quickly usher them in towards the inner bailey where the count was practicing with one of his men.

Sigfried bows to the Count reverently, taking a moment to breathe before he spoke.

"My lord, we encountered the goblins in the forest nearby the farmstead. They were not random marauders though. They fought with trained beasts, tactics, and seemed that there was one riding a massive wolf and dressed in armor like that of a knight. I could not see their face and they wore no heraldry. The knight and the massive wolf escaped into the woods and they made it clear that they planned on fighting us more, my lord."

| HP: 21/21 | AC: 4/3 with shield | D: 12 W: 13 P: 14 B: 15 S: 16 | Open Door 5in6 |

Sigfried struggles to see in the darkness that is there, his eyes scanning the battleground before he lets out a sigh.

"It would be best to hole up here for the night. I fear our enemy would be able to see us well. Help me move the dead out of the way, we'll start a small fire in the windmill."

Setting down the heavy chest, Sigfried gets to work dragging the bodies to the hillside that they ambushed from and pushing them down the sides. They would collect out of sight and out of mind. The only one he keeps close is that goddamn wolf. He had plans for that one once they returned back to town.

| HP: 21/21 | AC: 4/3 with shield | D: 12 W: 13 P: 14 B: 15 S: 16 | Open Door 5in6 |

There seemed to be no regalia, no heraldry, nothing to symbolize who their enemy was. The woods seemed to keep their secret dearly. Amidst the dead though was a bit of coin, a fair necklace, and whatever equipment happened to still be worthwhile. It was Siegen who seemed to find the locked chest within the windmill, hidden away just out of sight.

"I think it is best to return back now, report our findings to the lord. I feel that this will not be the last incursion by those within the forest." Sigfried murmurs, hefting the chest onto his shoulder with both hands. The trip back would be a long walk but perhaps whatever reward they found in the chest would add to their payment by the noble count.

Just shy of third level by a few hundred experience points.

Sigfried prepared for that charge but before he could strike either rider or mount, the warg leapt over him and his comrades before bounding off into the woods. His eyes were wide with surprise for just a moment before they gave way to anger, his voice still loud amidst the quietness of the woods and the battlefield.

"Get back here, you yellow-bellied bastard!" Sigfried roared but the ominous woods brought no response, no rebuttal, and no sign of the dark knight and his wolf. All around them were the bodies of the dead; hobgoblins laid strewn out amidst the fallen wolves. Finally cleaning off his blade on his leg before slipping it back into his sheath, the warrior took a breath and looked back at his comrades.

"Well...it wasn't a complete failure. We successfully drove them off for now...whoever they were." Yet they had not rescued their friend, their previous mage who was still missing now. Looking for the sight of Robin, he would motion the young boy up to join them. Clasping him by the shoulder, a grim smile spread across the imposing figure's face. "You did well leading us here Robin. Thank you. Now, help me look for something; an insignia, heraldry, or a banner. Something to identify these aggressors formally."

Sigfried will search among the dead for anything that could fit as an identifier of these forces. If he find anything worthy of looting, he'd grab that as well.

Sigfried's weapon bounces off of the warg's hide, a growl of contempt leaving him as he looks back at the three behind him and Siegen.

"I CANNOT CONCENTRATE AS YOU WAX POETIC!" The mighty warrior shouts, turning back to the fight at hand as a blade just barely misses him, instead clanging off of the shield. "I mean...urgh...I mean no offense! I just...so many goddamn words!" Sigfried grumbles, another slash of his longsword barely missing the knight and wolf once more.

I just want it to be known that I love the philosophical discussion and Pickle just wanting to get the hell out of there. I just felt it fit Sigfried to be getting annoyed that he can't hit the damn thing and this mage just keeps talking and talking <3

Sigfried's arm lifts to bring the sword back down again but the juggernaut of a wolf's jaws wrap around his shield arm. Biting into the armor, the human warrior lets out a shout of pain before a look of fury spreads across his face.

"Get off of me, you damn beast!" Sigfried shouts, hitting the mount in the eye with the hilt of his sword. The strength was minimal but it was enough to get the sharp teeth out of his arm and free the warrior once more. Steeling himself, he waited in time with Siegen's strike to launch himself back against the monster once more.

Attack: 1d20 + 3 - 1 ⇒ (9) + 3 - 1 = 11

An arrow whizzes over Sigfried's shoulder and buries deep into the wolf's side. The beast stumbles for a moment, readying itself for another attack. As Sigfried raises his shield in time for another attack, the wolf's howl dies out to a gurgling whimper before it takes a step forward and falls slump onto the ground. The mighty warrior looks back at Brother Jacob, Pickles, and Dzhim to give them a nod of appreciation before turning his focus back to the massive wolf still in front of them.

The plate-clad knight calls back the beast, which retreats slowly from Siegen to lick its wounds. Sigfried's muscles ache from exertion, two hectic and violent battles had left him tired but still willing to fight. As the knight spoke, a growl of irritation vibrated in the human's throat.

"How dare he speak down to us, the ones who cut down his men like trees in these damn woods!" He spoke of the inevitable fate that this land would belong to him and whoever he represented, making ready to leave them. Before he could charge forward, the dwarf put forth his demands and charged back into the combat once again. While fear still rattled him, he could not help but grin at Siegen's bravado.

"Give us back our friend!" Sigfried's voice boomed as he charged in beside him, hoping to follow up the dwarf's attack with a strike of his own.

Maybe it was the exhaustion of the previous battle and this one weighing in on his limbs, his longsword was feeling heavier than it had before. Sigfried would live up to his moniker though, bringing that weapon back around again to strike at the wolf once more.

Attack: 1d20 + 3 - 1 ⇒ (6) + 3 - 1 = 8
Damage: 1d8 + 3 ⇒ (8) + 3 = 11

The smaller wolf got in his way, stopping Sigfried's assault against the massive knight. A growl of frustration left his lips as he parried the strike away, turning his attention to the wolf at hand.

"By the Gods, why won't you bloody die already!" He roared, taking his blade and aiming to drive it once more deep into the core of the injured wolf.

Attack: 1d20 + 3 - 1 ⇒ (2) + 3 - 1 = 4
Damage: 1d8 + 3 ⇒ (8) + 3 = 11

Though his swings are mighty and fierce, the wolf continues to dodge out of the way with its uncanny agility. "I'm coming to help you Siegen, just hold that damn beast off!"

Out stepped this massive, terrible beast from the windmill, one of such size and might that caused Sigfried's eyes to widen in fear. It was not just some massive wolf, large enough to slay horses with a single bite. It was covered in barding, protection for a battle. With every war mount, there was a rider.

The rider was just as intimidating; covered in plate armor with skulls and bones etched beautifully and hauntingly into the design. The greatsword in its grip was massive and the man's size was equivalent to Sigfried's own. He was a beast of man but even he feared a man that held such a terrible weapon as their personal choice.

"Well then..." Sigfried said softly, fully aware of how his hand shook gripping the hilt of his blade. "...let us begin." Lifting his blade out and letting out a shout of defiance, the young human went charging in towards the dark knight.

The wolf deftly dodges the warrior and in its eagerness to find another bite, it is rewarded with a mouthful of shield. He knocks that voracious maw away again, scoffing as he readies his blade once more. The goblins have fallen around him, broken upon the ground, and there was just the wolf left.

"Come here wolfie...I just want something warm for the coming winter months now..." Sigfried says moments before the wolf lets out this deep howl. The howl is answered by something within the windmill, something terrifying and unnatural. Goosebumps rise upon Sigfried's skin and his eyes widened. Something wicked was coming now.

Sigrfried sees the wolf coming around again, the wound upon its side not yet bringing it down. He has a grin on his face though as he gives it a nod, bringing his sword back up.

"I'm going to drag you back to town if needed. Make you into a pelt. Come on, my rug, come and die." Sigfried growls as the wolf charges at him again, aiming to sink its massive fangs into the man's chest. As it leaps into the air, his shield catches it in the face and with his sheer strength, he knocks it asunder. Switching the grip of his blade, he lifted it up to try and puncture it through the chest and into the beast's heart.

An arrow flies through the air, whistling before it strikes against Sigfried's shield. With a laugh, he breaks the arrow off and jeers at the goblins.

"You'll need to do better than that!" He shouts just in time to hear movement coming from the windmill. A massive wolf comes out, snarling and biting. "That's a bit better..." Sigfried mumbles, dodging out of the way of the beasts massive jaws. He turns his blade around, looking to strike it deep into the wolf's flank and let its momentum rip it apart.

Rising from the embankment and seeing Siegen aiming for the heavily armored goblins closest to the entrance of the windmill. Last thing they need is the enemy sneaking in and taking potshots at them with the cover of the building.
