Offering for consideration, perhaps found in the crow's nest with a tin of hard tack and a waterskin, for the position of crazy-might-flip-out 'little sister', a feral halfling escaped slave and gladiator, with sporadic genius moments modelled via halfling 'helpful' trait.
PFS toon under the link, I would rebuild the stats a bit to suit, but the character has been the same for 15 real years or so.
If Sharan does not suit, I'd offer an as-yet unbuilt, and non-magical if I can make such, bard, named Willin Street, for the niche of 'One day, you'll have to explain how a bard knows so much about piracy'.
(This thread has been playing hide-and-seek with me. Anyone else?)
edit: occurred to me I said little about Willin. He's another established (in my head) character, he once wrote (in a Dr. Who sim):
The White Wizard's home
Is a garderobe size
Full a castle within
From without, so it ain't
Thus is our wizard proved
Truly clever and wise
With no bailey to mow
And great saving on paint
...which I hope says something about Will. Your Will would antedate that one, of course.

What can I say, she made me do it...
"Sand does not point. Sand falls. Then sand is round. It is a silly name!" Sharan giggles, and does a little joyful dance. "Sand point! Highswamp! Lowmount!" Quite pleased with her own humor, Sharan falls into a gigglefit, but suddenly stops. She ponders a long moment with a very serious expression, and asks no one in particular, "Is Jack, makes the name?" Then she returns to giggling.

Sudden melancholy inspiration, made me smile, want to share, some of you will get it. This HAS NO BEARING on the current game.
In the darkness of the tunnels, the party rested, a single faint light empowering the inhuman eyes of those on watch. The little feral girl was supposedly asleep, but the smallest of the 'sleeping' shapes began to inch silently toward the lone light source. Then, faintly, suddenly, was heard:
F Halfling Ftr 1 HP:12/12 F/R/W:+4/+4/+1 AC:TD25-FD24-Norm18-Tch16-FF14
Sharan blinks at Elwyn as though not understanding him. He can almost smell the wood burning, and when Harboth nods his agreement, Sharan says, "Jack... is clever. What Jack say." She starts, hesitates, turns, and asks, "Sharan goes? Goes now?"

"Sharan goes first.", the halfling confirms, nodding emphatically. "Not afraid, Sharan." Warming to the topic (and fresh out of lobst-, ah, spider), she continues a sort of narrated pantomime. Crouching into a slow advance, her staff held before her, she says, "Quiet, Sharan. Small, Sharan. Sharan fight..." She brandishes her staff at imagined attackers, "...and bigs shoot arrow!", she says, tracing the flight of imagined arrows over her head. Suddenly pensive, she stops. "Dark Lady, throw spear."

to Telurion, then many
"More leg. Many leg.", Sharan says as she prepares to climb Telurion. Needing her hands to climb, she next speaks around the spider leg, something like, "Thpiderth Kuud". Once atop Telurion, Sharan catches plumb bob, and with a toss of the rope, brings the staff over the hole above, where it naturally falls. Unable to rush to it from atop her coworker tower (she should call him 'Derrick'), she instead jerks the rope so it falls to the higher level, outside the spider's grave. Jumping down, she has shortly retrieved all her gear, and rushed about bringing arrows and bolts to their supposed owners, always with an offer of pale, white, raw, somewhat gelatinous, "Thpider?"

Sharan passes from sight behind the spider, perhaps in search of an arrow or spear?
<shing!> is heard, then <chop chop chucthing>
<sniff sniff><slurp><lipsmack> Can take 10 on survival (total 20) out of combat?
She reappears with 3 retrieved arrows (1 crossbow bolt), two Mwangi spears, and a spider's leg that's just been chopped free. Moving to where Marisan waits, Sharan carefully passes her the spears, one at a time, butt end toward the Druid, with evident care. The arrows are thrown onto the edge of the hole, and then the offered hand is taken, the spider leg held crosswise in the halfling's mouth, in the manner of a cat's prize.
and with the player too late reading thoroughly the weapon's description...
Sharan looks wistfully at her finely-worked staff and plumb-bob-and-rope, hanging from the opening above the pit, still eight feet above the floor of the larger room. She works a joint of the spider leg free while she ponders the gently swinging plumb bob a moment. "Fallsth Wif Shthield", she calls to Telurien past a mouthful of white meat. Gulping, the sewage-splashed survivor asks, "Sharan can climb?"

Sharan will stay with Total Defense, if that will still work. I'm guessing the webs were a touch attack, so no armor or blocking? or did TD not count? In any case, if TD will help, she'll stay with it.

Sudden inspiration:
Cornered but uncowered, Sharan watched the multiple lidless eyes crest the pit's edge, peeking above the mandibles, above her. In her hands, her weapons were ready to defend her. In her mind, a single thought...
{Can eats you?}

Sharan's bo staff is still wedged at the corner of the opening, with the rope dart's 20ft of rope looped over it. You can take -5 on the climb check to move 15ft in one move action, or don't take the -5 and move 7.5ft, twice, then drop? Or wait for the spider to jump on Sharan and then ride your spiked shield like a boogie board into the top of the spider. :) It may not WORK well, but it would help ME feel less foolish. :)
F Halfling Ftr 1 HP:12/12 F/R/W:+4/+4/+1 AC:TD25-FD24-Norm18-Tch16-FF14
Sharan is (aside from the fall) eerily unvoiced, no exhalations on either impact. At the bottom of the hole, she rises with her tonfa in her hand, the shing of her mirror-knife perhaps reaching the ears of her friends above. When she first (if she ever) sights the spider, she looses a wordless, feral, animal growl from the corner in which she shelters.

Once down (dropping any safe distance if that's needed), Sharan draws her millstone handle(tonfa), and waits for her staff, hoping to catch it before it clatters, but not too bothered either way.

"Wet for drink is good. Wet for wash is good. This is not good wet.", Sharan observes, lying on her belly, staff across her shoulders, leaning well down into the trapdoor. "Drop stick, yes?", she says to no one in particular, before pushing her weight past the staff, over the staff, to drop and hang in the hole, by both hands, and then by one. Taking an overly-long plumb bob* (on an over-thick line) from her belt, Sharan passes it over the staff, twice, toward the nearest corner of the opening. She seizes the plumb, and puts the slack of the line under her knees before slowly letting out the line. The staff rolls toward the corner, and Sharan descends into the darkness.

This apparently is a deeply philosophical question for Sharan. "Remind is remember?", she asks, though it seems rhetorical. She smiles, then grins, then giggles. "It is the same! Jack is clever! To 'Jack' (Elwyn)
Sharan squints both eyes at Elwyn, and answers in confusion, "Jack comes to fight? Not runs with words?" She looks at Rachele then, and wrinkles her brow, then giggles. "Not is runs-with-words, is comes-to-fight...", she says, making obvious inspection of Elwyn's, and then of Rachele's, apparent weapons. "That is good!", she says, instantly correcting, then re-correcting herself, "That is sad. Sad to fight. Good to come with!"

A woman clad in red robes sprints towards the group, panting whne she shows up. "Sorry everyone, overslept this morning." She says to the familiar faces around her. "Hello, I'm Rachele." She introduces herself to the new companions
Sharan has again prepared to meet the new arrival. "Thank you very much", she says, faintly kissing Rachele's second knuckle before putting a silver coin in her hand.
Completely taken in by the sleight of hand, Sharan goggles as the coin is not where it should be. When the coin is tossed to her, she cowers before she catches, but tries to do both. With the coin in hand, she inspects it, then passes it back, saying, "Jack makes coin hide. Jack makes coin jump. Jack makes it again."

Sharan listens intently to the new arrival. When he holds out his hand, she has a silver coin ready to give him. "Thank you very much", she says as she gives him the coin.
Later, he finds her poking a finger at the brocade of his coat, tracing a sworl. When she becomes aware of his awareness, she asks, "Is words? Yellow thread say, 'Jack'?"

"Sharan hides her things.", the little young halfling says. She pushes up her tattered sleeves, careless of the scars revealed. Scratching at her skin with a fingernail, she makes a straight line. "This way goes", she says, then draws a divergent shorter line, then a third that meets the first line before the midpoint, like an angular 'b'. "Finds again.", she says, and rushes away.
True to her word, she does later reappear, armored, equipped, even, her rags replaced (or dressed over) with actual armor, a slim staff in her hand, polished in the manner of her shorter sticks. A bag is slung over one shoulder, and other arms hang from a baldric and belt. "Pathfinder gives money when comes from cages. Man makes a fighting skin. And good long stick.", she adds, brandishing the staff.
With her hair tied back now, the scars of a collar can be seen on her neck, similar in age to those on her arms. "Bag for dropping, stick for fighting, and good knife, can see!", she bubbles, drawing forth a broad, flat-bladed knife, like a butterknife crossed with a spatula, polished to a mirror finish. She looks into it and giggles, before offering the mirror-shined, razor-sharp knife to the others, not for taking, but for looking, aiming each viewer's reflection back at them with an impressive accuracy. "Dark Lady, see?! Grey Man, see?! Green Orc, see?!", she asks each in turn, not waiting for response, but suddenly stopping as she aims at Telurion. "What you are calling me?", she asks, but the priority of sharing the mirror is deemed higher than his answer, it seems, because she immediately adds, "See?!"
Sharan buys one of anything any of the others buys two of. Toward this end, she watches them all very closely.

Woot! We're off!
speaking in order of causation...
It seems the Unarmed Fighter loses all the usual weapons proficiencies in exchange for all the Monk list.
Most of those are Eastern, or Exotic.
I've had some trouble finding out whether exotic/eastern equipments are available. So I've equipped Sharan only with things I can see her hammering from scraps, with her unranked Craft chance. I expect you'll see her pondering a walnut chair leg, similar to the feral kid with the gyro stabilizer, in Road Warrior.
If any of her gear is outre', expect to lose a curtain rod. You only thought it was a curtain rod, it's really a small quarterstaff. :)

"Sharan can help?", Sharan asks from under the chair of the dark lady, where she sits calmly. "Sharan can fights. Not smart. Not strong. But can fights. And hides. And knows to eats." She brandishes and inverts a stick she'd been polishing, and declares as though in summation, "Sharan will help."
Rolling out and standing, Sharan looks at the map, but doesn't seem to gain much from the document. "Where is the hole?"

not sure if some other intro is planned or forced by the scenario. If so, disregard.
Sharan, watching the gathering big folk from beneath the side table, rises at the dark woman's praise of the stick. Padding quietly to the center table, the feral hobbit says, "Good stick. Sharan has, good stick." As though in explanation of this cryptic comment, she draws forth from her belt a small dan boku, over a foot of smoothed hardwood, devoid of blade or point. "Sharan make, good stick. Sharan is can fight. Sharan is will help. Bad men, cage men. Sharan fight cage men. Dark lady, shine stick. And Sharan." As though that settled the matter, Sharan sat on the floor where she stood, and set to scrapping at another, very similar, 'good stick'.
