i understand that this would mean characters in the shadow lodge would no longer be able to purchase gear not on chronicle sheets, no longer to be resurrected, but i personally find this cost worth paying.

Doesn't seem worth the cost to me, from what I hear the leadership doesn't abide by it.

We have headband/helm, eye, throat, shoulders, body, cloak/armor, belt, boot, and 2 ring slots, but why no legs slot? is everyone runnin around like in reign the conqueror and 300 with speedo's on? where are magical pants and a pants/legs slot?

Headband? I have a loincloth of alluring charisma that just so happens to occupy the same slot.

come back less friendly in 1d6 ⇒ 20 minutes

Yes, but the spotlight should focus on the drama, but the drama shouldn't focus on the spotlight.

Liberty's Edge

Funny how so much drama centers around the spotlight.

A street performer bard gets a bonus = 1/2 level to bluff, disguise, etc.

I just use mine to say obsurd things and depending on the reaction, "Oh, you thought I was serious/joking!"

Bluff/Intimidate through perform comedy.
1d20 + 17 ⇒ (20) + 17 = 37 <-from half-elf skill focus in perform comedy and modest bardic charisma + headband.

Really we don't know anything, we're just making it all up and others fall for it.

Bluff 1d20 + 17 ⇒ (13) + 17 = 30

As far as I know that jerk is

dead.

Change your skill focus from diplomacy to perform oratory which at level two with versatile performance gives you skill focus for diplomacy and sense motive.

edit: You might also want another performance for your countersong (keyboard, percussion, wind, string, or sing) since oratory covers your distraction.

There is 100 threads with 2000 post a piece about Paladin code of conduct. This is not a discussion about that. Im asking how PFS GMs handle things.

I wanted to ask about playing a Lawful Good Paladin. I thought PFS would be a good chance to play one, being I never got to play one in my last grp due to the whole "must be lawful stupid".

My question to the GMs out there is: How strict are you on paladins at your table?

I remember that bar. That sign that says check your weapons at the door...it means make sure they're in working order.

My background and my buddy Skizm's background originate from a long discussion on our local PFS board about whether it was an alignment infringment for a paladin to whipe out an entire village of orc women and children while the men were out raiding an evil village.

A Chelaxian paladin I know is a major slave owner.

You...used diplomacy and intimidate trying to stop a fight.
