Just stopping by this thread I found to also voice my plea for Slow Progression in SF2e Society. The number of level 1 to 2 scenarios coming vs the 3 it takes to level is a lot of extra characters. At the very least I wanna set 1 of my main ones to Slow Track.

In the playtest, we had a level 2 feat called "Machine Magic" which is not present in the Player Core Book, PDF, Nethys, or Demiplane for the official release.

You can craft hybrid items. When you select this feat, you gain
formulas for four common hybrid items of 2nd level or lower.
You must have the Inventor feat to craft hybrid formulas.
Source Starfinder 2E Playtest pg. 153
Then, in the Inventor Feat from both Playtest and the published Core, it says:
Starfinder 2e Player Core wrote:
INVENTOR FEAT 2
DOWNTIME GENERAL SKILL
Prerequisites expert in Crafting
You are a genius at Crafting, easily able to determine how things are made and create new inventions. You can spend downtime to invent a common formula that you don't know. This works just like the Craft activity: you spend half the Price of the formula up front, attempt a Crafting check, and on a success either finish the formula by paying the difference or work for longer to decrease the Price. The difference is that you spend the additional time in research, design, and development, rather than in creating an item. Once it's complete, you add the new formula you invented to your formula book.
The GM might allow you to invent uncommon or rare formulas, typically with an increased DC. You need the Machine Magic feat to invent hybrid items and the Magical Crafting feat to invent magical formulas.
Source Player Core pg. 222
So, my question is. Was Machine Magic forgotten in the Core release, or was it removed, but Inventor should have had this reference replaced with something else?

And it looks from the picture like the pages are at least printed in the corners, is there more content inside, are they numbered, and how many pages are there? The pages are a ton of blank lined pages, a series of lore, artwork (more like schematics or blueprint designs, cause it's not colored), society chronicle information/templates for played scenarios, met NPCs, Planets Visited, a Map of the System on the covers, and tons of other neat little details. It's kind of a shame they don't have that stuff here, cause it's 100% worth the money. I grabbed one at Gencon.

Ditto I would jump on this in a heartbeat for both Pathfinder and Starfinder. I started buying the books on Demiplane cause it was the same cost as the books I don’t need and gives me the PDF, but if we got an appropriate price rate for the PDF, I’d be thrilled.
This is probably a long shot, but I figured I’d ask. I’m looking for a Tiefling boon, but unfortunately I don’t have any boons to trade and I asked Noral in a PM if they had theirs, but I don’t know if I’ll hear back or if they even have it anymore.

unless the spell says something different, it requires line of effect.
like the actual Teleport spell specifically saying that you can go to a place that you describe and etc.
Well, that's unfortunate, but I kinda figured. Thank you for your reply.
I'm hoping I can get a Dev or Author answer to this as it's caused quite a stir in our game, which has caused some GM v. Players heated debates.

Range half your Speed
Description:
You tumble through space, making a short dimensional hop to better position yourself for an attack. Teleport to any square in range that’s within reach of a creature, and then make a melee Strike against one creature within your reach.
He is claiming "Line of Effect" is required for all spells and so since this doesn't list anything outside of "Teleport to any square in range" it is not in line of sight or anything. This would not allow a player to teleport through a closed window that you can see through, a crack in a wall, or a wall of force?
Thanks for your help!

Hello Paizo Team! This is less of a question and more of a request, but having a subscription model for buying the Foundry VTT releases would be awesome!
I knew the chances were low, but I was really holding my breath on the Lich Archetype being allowed. Oh well.. Just means I don't have to spend my AcP to buy the boon and rebuild a PC to fit the build.

Oh!! A Varian Jeggare Scenario!! This is gonna be awesome! Gonna have to GM this one.
Such an awesome book! One of the things that bugs me, but it's "Meh" is that the goddess Tlehar says her favored weapon is a Morningstar and her equipment says Morningstar, but her art she is holding a Flail. At the end of the day it's nitpicky, but still... (Sad Face)
Reference on page 141.
Morningstar v. Flail
I asked a few of the GMs and Adventure Authors at PaizoCon and it looks like the answer is a glorious yes.
Feat Info wrote: Foxfire: You gain a foxfire-ranged unarmed attack with a maximum range of 20 feet. The attack deals 1d4 damage of the chosen type (no ability modifier is added to the damage roll). Your foxfire attack is in the sling weapon group. Like other unarmed attacks, you can improve this attack with handwraps of mighty blows. I have been thinking about this for a bit, but for a Kitsune Monk with Foxfire since Foxfire is considered an unarmed attack that is affected by Handwraps can this be used with Flurry of Blows? I feel like it would, but it's a unique situation and I'm curious about it now.

More iconics without tragic backstories please.
Agreed! Great backstory and I love that it wasn't a tragically scarred child for once, I love doing these types of Backstories for my own PCs and so it's great to see it on an iconic.
