I'm playing Brielle who has an ability to bury a card to add a d12 to her charisma check. Is it permissible to use this ability for a Diplomacy check? It seems like it should but then could you apply the same principle for a strength/melee or dexterity/ranged with some allies (provided it doesn't specify non-combat, of course).

Two Questions: 1) Is Adobe Reader the only way to use the untag function? I tried it in preview and it doesn't seem to be working. 2) Is there a way to untag and then save the untagged version (apart from taking a screen shot) as an upload? I tried this with Adobe and it reverted it when I reopened in another viewer.

In my OP I just realized I misidentified the "Mummy's Mask Collection" calling it the box set. I wanted to clarify any error for the Customer Service Rep.
I'm not sure what happened but I could have swore I ordered the box set of the Mummy's Mask PACG but when it arrived in the mail today it was just the base set—both the box and the base are the same price in the store and I was thrilled to introduce my wife to this but it is a disaster if I only got part of the AP and the difference after shipping will easily top 100$. It makes no sense that I would only want the base set when they are the same price, so I'm just very disappointed. Is there any way to remedy this? The order number is 32263563.
I'm looking to purchase RotR Base, but I'm seeing that no mint editions are available (some of the expansions have mint/non-mint option); does this effect playability or is it merely the shades of the cards? Should I get all non-mint or would getting non-mint and mint mixed matter? Thanks!

I can't find where this has been definitively answered— Can a Kitsune in Fox Shape:
Beast Shape does not specify the inability to speak or cast spells, only the wild shape ability which itself says it functions like Beast Shape except where specified.
In 1e CRB there were various backgrounds and general blocks for NPC's whom you may want to use for balance (i.e., expert, aristocrat, soldier). Does that exist in 2e CRB? I am wanting the Half-Orc archivist to go with the group to the citadel but can't find anywhere a guide on how to build an NPC that is classless. |
