"Oink-oink!" which almost sounds like a child complaining at a doting mother.

Thanks to Isonda being an Oracle Scratchings has Int 6, which is pretty smart by piggy standards! (and even some humans...)

Scratchings clearly doesn't understand a word the halfling on his back is saying, but he snorts happily and swishes his tail anyway.

Scratching snuffles quietly in the presence of corrupted outsiders. Without his training and loyalty to Isonda it's clear he wouldn't want to stay here for long.

A porcine squeal from outside suggests that Isonda's new mount is more exotic than the more usual pony or riding dog.
