Still here, waiting with growing trepidation.

Yangsheda replenishes his quiver from the gear of the vanquished and sees to it that the commander's gear is stowed on their horses. He then takes a moment to study the hill man commander in detail, sketching his likeness and any symbols or clan/family marking on his gear into his notebook for later reference.

Lets not allow this skirmish to distract us from our purpose. As soon as everyone is able, we should be back in the saddle.

any volunteers for loot-keeper? We should take all the gear if time and space permits - keeping 7 PCs well-moneyed ( and fueling our budding CLW potion addiction) might be a challenge :>

Yansheda observes the combat studying the clay construct for signs of weakness...

Perception to see if there is a visual expresion of the curse that keeps the thing animated that his fellows could strike at.: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (13) + 5 = 18

Yangsheda sidesteps out of the way as the more ferocious members of the seven pen in and whittle down the remaining clay man.

Aid another: Kiyoshi: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (1) + 5 = 6 nope!
bodyguard1: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (17) + 5 = 22
bodyguard2: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (5) + 5 = 10

Yangsheda follows behind Kiyoshi. That's it lad! Now the other one.

5' step
Aid another Kiyoshi: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (8) + 5 = 13 grants Kiyoshi +3 to hit on his next attack

Bodyguard:

Bodyguard 1: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (7) + 5 = 12 = grants +3 AC to first adjacent to Yangsheda that is attacked.
Bodyguard 2: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (1) + 5 = 6

Male Human |Investigator(Polymath) 2| HP 18 | AC 16(T12/FF14) |CMB +4; CMD 16 | Saves Fort +2, Ref +5, Will +3 | Initiative +2, Perception +5, Sense motive +5, Bluff +0, Diplomacy+5/+9

Feeling much refreshed, Yangsheda rushes over to the fray, coming up behind Amon, Abe and Kyuzo and offering sage advice.

Watch your flanks swordsmen. Those spears may be made of clay but they will still spill you blood.

Aid another/fight defensively: Kyuzo: 1d20 + 5 - 2 ⇒ (20) + 5 - 2 = 23 - grants +3 to hit
Not entirely sure if you can combine fighting defensively with aid another...

Bodyguard:
the first three attacks on adjacent allies trigger an AoO from Yangsheda to increase ally's AC by 3:
Bodyguard 1: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (9) + 3 = 12
Bodyguard 2: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (4) + 3 = 7
Bodyguard 3: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (18) + 3 = 21

Assuming Nidashi kills the hoblgoblin he attacked...

Fast Dismount: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (5) + 4 = 9
The Hillman's spear pierces deep into his side and Yangsheda doubles over in pain. He turns in time to see Nidashi come up behind the grinning hobgoblin and neatly separate his head from his body. Yangsheda gives a weak wave of thanks the half rolls, half collapses from his horse.

Once on the ground he fumbles for a vial of tonic from his belt and gulps it down.
Extract CLW: 1d8 + 2 ⇒ (2) + 2 = 4
Blood stops flowing freely down his side and most of the pain in his leg dissipates. He regains his footing and stumbles towards the struggle south of him, sword raised.

Move action = dismount
Std act= extract of CLW
5' step
free action = adopt Scarlet Eihander stance

Having trouble finding stats for a med warhorse... anybody got a link?

Male Human |Investigator(Polymath) 2| HP 18 | AC 16(T12/FF14) |CMB +4; CMD 16 | Saves Fort +2, Ref +5, Will +3 | Initiative +2, Perception +5, Sense motive +5, Bluff +0, Diplomacy+5/+9

Fight with mount: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (9) + 4 = 13
Heaven's Eye: 1d20 + 5 + 1 ⇒ (15) + 5 + 1 = 21; Dmg: 1d6 + 4 ⇒ (3) + 4 = 7

If adjacent hobgoblin dies:
Yangsheda cuts down the warrior harassing him then spurs his mount south to assist Amon and Kiyoshi ( squeezing directly west and adjacent to both). Steady now lads, keep your eye on those clay men...
If either are attacked, use bodyguard feat to attempt to boost AC by 3
Aid another Amon: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (6) + 5 = 11
Aid another Kiyoshi: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (8) + 5 = 13

Three questions:

- I don't suppose its possible to assume a stance while mounted is it? If so Yangsheda will enter scarlet einhander for an additional +2 AC

-The wounded bandit that attacked Yangsheda on rnd three doesn't seem to have moved from rnd 2. Would he have provoked an AoO from Nidashi or Takeshi?

-Why don't Sakiko and Kiyoshi get proper avatars on the battle map?

Yangsheda sighs, disappointed but not surprised at the bandit leader's defiance, but then the moment of introspection comes to an abrupt end in the face of sword and spear.

He kicks his mount hard in the side with his good leg and the beast cants to the left narrowly avoiding the spear thrust. Yanghseda twists to the right and barely manages to get Heaven's Eye out of its sheath in time to parry the leader's vicious sword chop.

fight with mount: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (1) + 4 = 5

With only one good leg, its all Yangsheda can do to stay in the saddle and continue to fend off his attackers.
Fight defensively vs wounded bandit: 1d20 + 5 - 2 ⇒ (6) + 5 - 2 = 9

Status:

Did my readied bow shot go off?

Yangsheda grabs a small clay jar from his belt and quaffs it with a grimace. He stands in his stirrups and spews the foul concoction across the armor of the bandit leader. As it hardens into a sticky glue, the portly monk yells out to the leader in the goblin tongue loud enough for all to hear,You are surrounded and half your men lie dead, red clad one. Lay down your blade and save the lives of the rest. An honourable defeat is preferable to an ignominious death.

Std action = Adhesive spittle: no hit roll required; target is entangled and must make DC 15 ref save or be glued to the spot for 2d4 ⇒ (3, 1) = 4 rounds

diplomacy check to persuade surrender: 1d20 + 9 ⇒ (9) + 9 = 18

Yangsheda surveyed the chaos around him. Takeshi and brave little Sakiko seemed to have the bandit leader pinned down. Kyuzo and Kiyoshi had the other side of the field well in hand. He heard Amon bellowing from somewhere nearby, which at least meant the big man was still alive.

Yangsheda swivels around in his saddle and levels his bow at the south path, ready to fire on the first bandit that enters his sights...

Readied action: bow shot at enemies approaching from south.

If action is triggered:
Short bow: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (11) + 4 = 15; Dmg: 1d6 + 3 ⇒ (4) + 3 = 7

Male Human |Investigator(Polymath) 2| HP 18 | AC 16(T12/FF14) |CMB +4; CMD 16 | Saves Fort +2, Ref +5, Will +3 | Initiative +2, Perception +5, Sense motive +5, Bluff +0, Diplomacy+5/+9

Yangsheda grunts in pain as one of the mountain men's arrows buries itself deep in his thigh. Hemmed in by the horses, he stays in the saddle and returns fire over his comrade's heads at the ambushes.

Fire at the hobgoblin in front of Nidashi and Takeshi.

Know Local: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (4) + 8 = 12

Ambush! Yangsheda cries out to his fellow riders as he reins up hard. He unslings and fires his bow at the figure north of him, while simultaneously trying to place the attacker's origin.
