Salador was kind of a loaner growing up. Being Shoanti in Magnomar didn't help much. But he found himself in a small alchemy shop in town. There the owner taught him as much as he wanted to learn and well he wanted to learn. He found he had a knack for learning and enjoyed the craft. As he grew up he wanted to use his talents to gain more knowledge so the Pathfinder Society was a perfect fit. And the Grand Lodge seemed to be a perfect fit as well. So now Salador is no longer the loaner outcast but someone who can contribute to the greater good and knowledge.
