4/4 I agree with that statement. The gods themselves haven't shown me any visions, nor guided me. Besides, I'd rather trust mortals in our affairs, than the gods, whoever they are. Saans seems to have some sort of disdain for the deities, but doesn't go into sharing as to why. The man also seems a bit antsy, since it has been confirmed as being a somewhat holy place. Saans is agnostic, and tends to be uncomfortable around anything involving the modern deities.

4/4 Saans can carry Janira's backpack without much issue, unless it weighs another sixty odd pounds. I'll carry it with my backpack and we can split up the gear when inside the cave. Also, for wands, as long as it's on your spell list, you should be able to use it without umd. As Saans enters the cave, he takes out one of his torches and lights it with his flint and steel. Coming alongside Lars, Saans looks down the hole. Seems pretty deep... I could use a piton and anchor it so we can climb easier. If any of us has another piton or anchor, I can jump to the other side and anchor my second rope. If we agree for Saans to anchor a rope on the other side: Acrobatics, running start: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (11) + 8 = 19
