Missing Dragon #354

Customer Service

I've been checking my mailbox faithfully everyday looking for my lastest issue of Dragon (#354). Only NO JOY! A friend's copy
arrived in the mail on 3/16 and he's only 3 miles away.

Can you folks help me? PLEASE?! PRETTY PLEASE?! with sugar on top?!

thanx

Despite the arrival of your friend's issue, your issue is most likely still on it's way. After all, my copy just arrived here in Seattle yesterday. Therefore, we'll need to give your issue some more time to arrive.

Give it until the end of the month. If it still hasn't arrived, we'll get a replacement shipped out at that time.

Thanks!

I haven't got my issue of #354 yet, either. Should I expect it this coming week?

Cheers,
Cam

I haven't yet received mine, and I saw it on the shelf at my local Hasting's today. I'm trying to find all the grails for the Spam-a-lot contest, and have already found all the ones in Dungeon and here on the website. I sat down in the store & browsed through it long enough to find several of them, I hope that my issue will arrive in the mail Monday!

It arrived yesterday, Thanks! The hunt for Grails is on!

It seems that I am not the only one missing Issue 354, today is March 30 and I have yet to receive my Issue. I have never ran into this problem before and have been a subscriber for years. Is there an answer to this on why this has happened?
Please let me know.

Hey Cosmo Thanks,

That was very prompt and quickly answered. I love the way you guys handle the customer service aspect to everyone here at Paizo. I love everything that you guys do for the gaming industry. Keep up the great work :)
I was wondering if there was an answer to the shortage of magazine's to certain subscribers. Was there a magazine Ogre using them for fuel on a fire or did he misplace the stamps needed to send some of them out.
Was just curious to what had happened, seeing that it had happened to others besides me.

Again, Thank you,
Fred Victor

Umm... Cosmo... may I jump on the "missing issue #354 bandwagon" too. I work at a local bookstore chain, and I've always gotten my Dragon and Dungeon magazines a good week or so before them. The bookstore has the elusive issue #354, and I don't. I thought at first my subscription had lapsed, but I've got 2 issues remaining before it does. Might I hope a replacement is on the way? Please. (And I do plan on renewing very soon.)
Thanks.

It's funny, I have been a subscriber for years as well and this is the first time that I recall I have had to wait so long for an issue.

And of course, it's the one where I wrote an article that made it to the cover. The irony is delightful. ;)

Also didn't get Dungeon 145 apparently, so I think something might be hosed in my account, but I emailed customer service to sort it out. I just had to share the fact that I finally get another article published, and it's the month my subscription flakes out!

Minstrel, Ken,

Replacements are on their way!

Victor,

There was really nothing outside the normal for the delivery of Dragon 354. It just appears as such due to the fact that what problems there were are all concentrated right here. In the grand scheme of things, however, there really weren't many more problems than normal.

Thanks!

My #354 never made it. I bought a newstand replacement so please credit my account for an issue (or two since I keep having to pay news stand price). I am concerend as this is the second month in a row my Dragon has not arrived.

Pete,

I'm sending you an email about your subscriptions.

Thanks!

Hey, I live in The Netherlands, and my first issue (#354) has yet to arrive. I read back a few topics and read that Italy can take up to six weeks. I assume that the same goes for the Netherlands?

I don't know if this is the proper place to post this, but I have not yet recieved my issue of Dragon #354. It's strange, because my Dungeon magazine is always so prompt. Please let me know if this is not the proper medium.

Ummh, is there a reason Cosmo didn't answer my question but did answer one posted under mine?

Oops... Sorry 'bout that! I simply overlooked you!

To answer your question... Yes, the same estimate holds true. But keep in mind, this is only an estimate.

Thanks!

I am also missing my issue. My neighbor up the way received his 3 weeks ago.
