You can work for up to 8 hours each day. If you work for 8 hours for 2 days, then the belt is finished.
If you are out adventuring, you can devote 4 hours each day to item creation, although you net only 2 hours' worth of work. This would take 8 days of working 4 hours per day and accomplishing 2 hours worth of work each day.
Can you further "overclock"? using the standard double double = triple rule. I.e. by adding another +5 (making a net +10) produce at triple speed?
