Riggs holds his breath, waiting on a reaction before either proceeding further or moving away. If nothing happens, she points toward the area that the half orc yelled at, hoping the team would advance to investigate.

"Well, there was violence here. Looks like all goblins as far as I can tell. I wonder if this was a massacre or a battle," Riggs whispers.
Riggs cast Guidance on himself before grabbing the rope and trying to scale the way over. Climb with guidance and armor check penalty
"Be careful. It'll take me forever to climb that palisade in all this armor," Riggs warns. "If you find an easier way in, let me know."
"That sword. It's really impressive. And sharp, it seems," Riggs smirks as he watches the way it totally cleaved through the strange enemy.
Riggs pulls out his starknife and moves to close distance with the creature.
Riggs nods. "Yep. Hopefully we will make it back by nightfall. If not, we will be back before tomorrow evening at the latest." ...I hope...
Riggs repeats the story he told the imposter only a few moments earlier. "Well, this'll sound strange, I admit, but we are heading into the swamp over there, looking for a particular cave that one of us had a dream about. I told you it would sound strange. We saw your place, and figured we'd be neighborly and introduce ourself if nothing else. Since you are a ranger, perhaps there's some knowledge of the area you could lend..."
"I didn't even realize it wasn't a halfling when I inspected it. I've never seen such a strong illusion before. There's no telling what evil magic is around this place. We might look around and see if there are any usable items, while we are here though!"
Riggs pulls his starknife and swings it at the creature. Attack
"It would take a much stronger healer than myself to be able to remove paralysis, but as I said, it's not going to be terribly bad. You'll have some stiffnes sin your bones for a bit, and then you'll be fine soon after."
"Well, you were poisoned all right. But I don't think it's deadly. Do you feel stiff in your joints? It's the type that gives you a bit of paralysis, so you might struggle for a couple days, but you should be fine."
Riggs will refrain from comment on the abode. He takes a look at the bite marks to see if he can tell anything about them.
"I don't much care for snakes myself. I try to steer clear of them whenever possible. Let me see what they've done to you..."

"Sounds like a plan to me,". Riggs agrees as he scans the area for anything strange. Perception
Riggs moves forward, swinging his wicked starknife at the parasite. Attack Damage
Riggs points out the bridge to his friends. "Not in good shape at all. I bet it's slick as a whistle, too. We've got to be really careful making our way across that thing."
"Well, its settled then. We leave immediately.". Riggs stands up from the table, gathering his gear. "I'll be back to catch up on old times after we help this young one, Master..."
Riggs reaches forward and grabs his share of two CLW potions and one of the Lesser Restoration draughts. "Shall we leave in the morning? I'm sure Kamashiro needs to collect his traveling pack. The rest of us can catch up and maybe share some old memories," Riggs suggests.
"So good to see you again, Master! I'd be happy to assist you and your protege answer the questions he seeks. How far is this swamp? Do you know anything about it? Rumors of what creatures might dwell there, anything we can prepare for at all?"
"That seems to be the consensus. It certainly doesn't surprise me, but it seems as if the lot of us have all encountered Leng....and it seems as if we all answered his call. He had a way like that," Riggs smiled, remembering his own memories with his friend.
The male human glides into the bar. He was wearing a white robe with black trim, under which a peek of chain mail could be seen. The Shield strapped to his back had a styled painting of a butterfly on it, and he had a starknife at his side. He moves to the part of the room that might have a bit of breeze, pulling at the neck of his shirt. "Is it awful warm in here, or is it just me? Hopefully, we don't have to wait in here too long, or I'll sweat through my robe. I'm Riggs. Pleasure to meet you. Yes, I'm here to see what Master Leng needs as well. For some reason, the Goddess put us on similar paths years ago, and we've been friends ever since. Any idea what this is all about?"

Awesome! I'd like the chronicle applied to the same character, Reesa. She's got the other two, so all three will be applied to her! I believe you have a form for us to fill out, IIRC from the other times we got chronicles. If so, could you link that again?
"Quite a hoard he had started. There's no way we can carry all this out of here. Maybe we could just grab the magic and then let the townsfolk know what else is here, so they can mount an expedition to retrieve it..."
"Be careful...that might be more trickery, instead of a real captive!". Riggs waits for one of the others to take the lead before following the voice.
Will save Riggs can barely cast his spell with the fear overtaking him from the dragon. He casts a spell causing a spark to shoot from his fingertips and strike the dragon
Riggs doesn't waste any time and blasts the beast with a Fireball. Damage DC 19 Reflex for half.
"Good evening, sir dragon. My name is Riggs and these are my compatriots. We are here to keep you from destroying any more towns. You might be able to tell, but we've already finished with your lieutenants and shut that awful window to the other plane. We're really quite capable."
To get that arrow of dragon slaying in the air quickly. Should we wait to use the dragon's true name until we have someone in melee? It's truename is Szanji, remember.
Riggs casts Mage Armor on himself. "Can I use the magical slippers? I'm probably the worst climber out of our whole crew. I've made it this far and don't want to break my neck now!"
"Welp, you know who is not going to be in the greatest of moods, but he mig be a bit wounded. We should pounce on him now!"
Once they make their way up the hill, Riggs casts Mage Armor, wanting all the protection he could get against the dragon.
"Use those slippers and let's get it started. Keep quiet up too, as it will take some time for all of us to get up there."
"Should we wait here and hopefully he will be drawn to us? Or should we go straight for him to make sure that he doesn't take it out on the town?"
Alright, are we ready to call out the dragon?!
"I can't use magic Missile versus the dragon, but I still have the rest of my spells. I'm ready to go find it and finish this."
"Let's try to close it then. I'll empty every magic missile I have into it. Hopefully I can do
"If we take time to rest, I could memorize magic missile four times and use the maximize wand to make the most of them. I'm still not sure that would be enough damage to close it for sure."
