Rei briefly points at some of her wounds before turning to Talc "As usual, I am left disappointed by your performance today".

She then focuses her attention to Karyn. "Thank you Karyn for your services. I feel better now. We must now examine the little that is left before we depart. The spirit who has bonded with me, I feel his presence is now gone."

She then examines the remains of the core, and logs all she finds to her datapad, hoping to learn as much as she can.

Rei is badly wounded but stands her ground hoping to have one last blast back.

Rei, again being pummeled by the harassment of the creatures finally lets out a yelp of pain.

"I am in of assistance" is the only thing she mutters as she continues her assault back on the spirits, again attempts to manipulate them with her will, and her precision.

Rei is taken back by the attack to her mind. She is unable to continue her chant, but is able to identify a weakness.

"Please focus on my target. I have found a weak spot"

Rei dodges the bulk of the spiritual attack, while continuing to return the favor with more words from the spirit within.

"The spirit within is attempting to also pinpoint a weakness. Attack, right there" she shouts back to her team.

Rei begins to utter words that even she herself do not recall ever speaking before. The spirit inside me must be guiding us through this encounter

Additionally she attempts ot identify a weakness in the creature, however seems to distracted by her new voice.

Rei examines the facility, grabs a few batteries in hand, and begins glowing with a blue light.

"There are numerous ways we could engineer a solution, but sometimes the simplest solution is the way to go. My technomagic comes in handy in this situation. Please hold and it should be charged in just a moment"

Rei uses "Transfer Charge" to transfer 2 batteries worth (40 charges) to the main relays battery backup

Rei continues to dig into the datapads that have been scattered, looking for more information on the inhabitants, and the massive quakes causing their downfall. Her primary goal is to attempt to locate the Kadrical relic, and find more info on Vichokchok.

Rei gives Harrac her RBF look, per usual, at his antics. "I am not his fiance. I belong to no one, for now. "

Rei then turns back to the ghost spirit. "If you can explain this bonding process in a little more details, perhaps one of our party here will be willing to assist. If it is not apparently clear, we are frankly, a little skeptical."

Rei takes a step back away from reach. "You offer to help, yet you do not know our task. What is it you are attempting to do here? You want to move on. How can we help with this task of yours?"

"The previous creatures were possessed by restless spirits. We must uncover this mystery. If talc is correct, let us hope no new spirits posses this rock formation then, otherwise we will all be in a lot of trouble"

Rei readies her jump jets, in case they need to make a quick escape.

Rei saves her magic for future encounters, and pulls out her trusty handcoil.

"Good job Talc. Your performance was adequate."

She then takes aim and fires a blast at the remaining creature.

"Remember Talc, don't miss"

Rei then proceeds to harness her surrounding energy. Her shoulder vents open allowing 3 orbs of bright energy to energy to emerge and blast one of the creatures.

Rei casts magic missile - full round, targeting whichever creature seems hurt the most at this point.

"Please attempt to aim for your next shot" rei speaks to talc, as she reaches her hand over his weapon, causing it to glow bright red with energy.

Rei casts Supercharge Weapon on Talc's gun. If it hits, it deals an additional 4d6 damage

Swift to action, Rei pulls out her datapad, and with a few quick clicks a blob of goop materializes under the elementals.

"I am attempting to aid you Karyn, in slowing down this foe. Hopefully this buys the other some time to be effective"

Rei casts Grease, centering it so it covers both elementals. DC 17 ref

Rei takes our her datapad and starts scanning the surrounding area. "There are medium sized lifeforms here, and according to these tracks it seems they left in a hurry. Based on the cracks in the walls it might be to recent seismic activity. We should continue and follow the tracks. Talc, Harrac - you are on point. The rest of us will take up the rear.
Lets go."

"Based on my scans, it seems any resistance we may encounter is likely to be environmental. Please be sure you are all prepared. "

Rei performs self diagnostic and confirms her jump jets and descent thrusters are in good working order.

Rei's armor is Carbon Skin, Graphite. This should suffice for the environment yes?

"Talc, have you identified a good spot to land?"

Rei stares blankly as Jadnura talks of using us as the finest group of agents. Un-phased by the comment Rei merely puts her head into her datapad and begins searching - looking to find more info about the tear, and what happened at the Scoured Stars trinary star system. She speaks up, more than normal after a briefing as such.

"Who here is surprised that Talc's only focus is which ship we get? Though his query this time is not unwarranted. Depending on more details of the tear, and the history of the Scoured Stars trinary star system, we may need all defenses we can get before going in blindly. "

Prior to entering the last room, Rei makes Harrac and Brigadier very well known of her displeasure in their course of action. "I may not normally expose my emotions as frivolously as the rest of you, but I must object to his action. There are more logical approaches to how this situation could have been handled. We could have easily tasked others with migrating this hive to a safer location where they were no longer a threat to your or your people. I am going on record letting you know I disprove of this course of action. "

Upon entering the room, and seeing the spirit fly down accusing Harrac and Brigadier Teshgari. She first tries to get a better understanding of the spirit.

She then follows behind Skrivixx "I can assure you these 2 closed minded individuals were merely taking action in the pursuit of self preservation of our peoples as a whole. I apologize on their and all of our behalf's. As we were attacked by the skittermanders, we had no choice but to defend ourselves. For those few 'other' actions taken in cowardice, that will be dealt with accordingly. "

Rei calls out to her protean before it fades away "Thank you for your service"

She then explores the room with the others. If she finds any computer equipment, she attempts to sit and gather info from it that she can.

Rei's protean advances on the remaining larger stridermander, trying to grab it from behind.

Rei then powers herself up, as her shoulder cavities open, allowing 3 energy orbs to blast out towards the large beast.

Rei turns her attention to the remaining, smaller, stridermander, attempting to blast it with her pistol.

Rei's Protean moves back out of position, but Rei holds tight, waiting to see the results of Harrac's 'big boom' before she acts.

Rei scans the battlefield, taking full account into the new unwanted player that joined this game.

"I will focus on the smaller ones first, to thin out the crowd" she states calmly, as her newly summoned Protean swipes at [Red if alive, otherwise Yellow] from the back and attempts to latch on.

Rei then lines up her blaster, taking aim at the same creature her protean is fighting.

Rei looks over the battlefield, and considers adding more allies to the mix. She begins to cast a spell.

Rei is casting summon creature I. She is summoning a Protean. it will appear behind the bad guys at the start of Rei's next turn. X marks where i'd want it summoned.

"Talc. It is time to boom. Please proceed"

Rei reaches out, charging up Talc's weapon with bright red energy.

Rei casts supercharge weapon. If talc's next hit lands, it will deal an additional 4d6 damage

"I will try"

Rei scours the rooms, which are already full of plenty of scrap materials. She attempts to fashion some makeshift limbs for him first, assuming she can. If not she will fashion a backpack for him to be carried in by Talc.

Rei watches on intently. "This is fascinating. How long have you been here in this state. More importantly how did you umm, how to phrase this. How did you un-die?"

Rei, unphased by the talking computer responds. "I need access to this computer. Talc needs some doughnuts."

Rei shows her first sign of emotion as she exhibits shock and awe. "Surprising. You are awfully close. You just happened to miss a few key components. Let me show you"

She pushes Talc to the side, and shows him the cabling that he got mixed up when attempting to repair the station.

Once the power is turned on, Rei takes her time looking through the computer for any useful information.

"I understand our mission, but we mustn't leave a place such as this without performing our due diligence. I too would like to take some time to examine this more closely"

Rei peaks over at the pink room, looking to see if there is a way she can power the speaker.

Rei then takes aim with her own weapons, firing off a full attack of her own at the Stridermander that looks the most hurt.

Rei was also caught off guard looking at the equipment and bullet casings.

As the large stridermanders approach, she quickly turns to Talc and charges up his weapon. "Make it count"

Rei casts supercharge weapon on talc. If his next shot hits, it deals and additional 4d6 damage. dmg if applicable.

Rei looks at Skrivixx and says "You forgot to do the dance you did last time prior to firing your weapon. Here like this"

Rei jukes to the left and right, before firing off at the nearest (remaining?) whelp.

"I do not believe these are hunt worthy, but we will defend ourselves."

Rei takes aim at the whelp that Skrivixx pointed at, firing off her Explorer Handcoil.

"I am now sure that dancing is a requirement to fire, but maybe I should try your moves next time"

Rei walks up to Talc and pushes his launcher down. "I am sure there is another way."

Rei takes a good look at the cavern. She whips up some scraps and attempts to craft a makeshift support for the cave.

"I am positive that this cave should not collapse on us now. There should be no need to force a collapse. Additionally you should not need to sneak through. Just proceed as normal. Lastly, if we are on a hunt, I am sure that causing an explosion such that that would alert everything in the surrounding area to our presence. I am sure qualified hunters as yourselves would agree that is an illogical approach. "

Rei looks back to Skrivixx "Surely you must know. His personality clearly compensates for hi" she is interrupted as Talc elbows her before chiming in.

Rei looks around the tunnels and shrugs. "I prefer electronic navigation systems, star charts, and schematics. Not this nature tour we are currently engaged in. Hopefully the others are more attuned to determining our course of action"

Rei looks at it, in an attempt to help one of the others interpret the ways we should go.

Rei pulls out her datapad, and attempts to do some research on the tunnels they plan to head into, hoping she can find something in the SpaceNet about it.

"To be quite frank, I am only here because I was ordered to by the Starfinder society. They would not have sent me if they did not feel I brought some value to your mission. The Starfinders are mostly logical in their decision making."
She pauses before looking at Talc, Harrac, Skrivixx, and Karyn.
"Mostly..."

Rei looks at the food in front of her. "Surprising. I have never seen the likes of this before. I shall eat it all."

Upon doing so, she immediately spits it back out. "I changed my mind. I would not like to eat this food. Thank you"

Rei walks past the skittermanders, barely giving them any attention. Reaching Briadier, she waits for her turn to speak before Talc forces it upon her.

Completely ignoring the vesk she turns to Talc. "You don't own me. I will not submit to your manipulative tactics. I am only here because the starfinders just happen to keep making me follow you around. If it weren't for me you'd probably be dead by now. Do you remember when ... " Rei pauses for a moment, as if coming to the realization that Talc is yet again, causing her to lose focus.

Flustered, she turns to Briadier and simply says "My name is Rei"

"You ask for competence" Rei looks around the room. "Are you sure you have invited the correct starfinders for this task?"

Rei looks at Talc and simply says "No"

She then turns back to Radaszam. "What more of Teshgari and the Veskarium Military can you tell us. If your goal is for us to make an impression, might I suggest blinders for Talc, in an attempt to keep him focused on our task, and not on Ms Teshgari. Alternatively we may need a few doses of Super V., otherwise she will be surely disappointed."

She then pulls out her datapad and does her own research on Teshgari, and the Veskarium Military.

Rei finally starting to get into it grabs the mic back from Skrivixx and looks at the crowd. As they quiet waiting for her to speak she says "C-Team - Represent!" before handing the mic back to Captain*Carmine.

Rei watches idly as Talc does his thing. When he drops the mic, she quietly walks over, picks it up and looks at the crowd.

She pauses for what seems like an exceptionally long moment, then just says "Talc-saaayyyyyde" and makes a t-shape with her hands. She then politely hands the mic over to Skrivixx.

Rei attempts to give Harrac a show, know its for the good of the mission. this time as her energy orbs take off once again, she directs the orbs to fly between the legs of Harrac before blasting SMoV once again.
