Hello, I sent an email to customer service on Oct 2nd and haven't received a reply. I'm in Canada and I've just received Pathfinder Adventure path #122 from my subscription and to my shock the postal carrier demanded I pay $12.64 of custom charges/duty. I have been a subscriber since the beginning and never once have I ever been charged duty. I did notice when examining the packaging that it appears that the customs classification has been changed to "merchandise," although in the details it still says "book." I attached pictures of the package in my email. Is it possible to get this duty refunded and if so what do I need to do?
I have not received this order yet, containing Pathfinder Adventure Path #73: The Worldwound Incursion (Wrath of the Righteous 1 of 6). This order shipped out August 23 via USPS First-Class Mail. I did however receive the following order today, #2776044, containing Pathfinder Adventure Path #74: Sword of Valor (Wrath of the Righteous 2 of 6). This order was sent out Friday, September 20 via Standard Postal Delivery. What can I do to receive my order? As it has been more than 6 weeks, can I get it reshipped?
I emailed about this yesterday, but did not get a response, and my order disappeared from my order history. I figured I'd double-up just to be safe. Yesterday, I attempted to place an order and when I tried to checkout, I was taken to a page saying there was a problem with processing my order and to contact customer service. However, the order showed up in my order history, although I never received an email with the details. Today, the order disappeared from my order history, and the items were back in my shopping cart, so I tried to process the order again. Again, it said there was an error, and to contact customer service. This time, the order did not show up in my order history, so I tried it one more time, same error, but now it is again in my order history. I still did not receive an email confirming the order. Could you make sure the order goes through, as I am attempting to use the holiday10 discount before it expires? Much appreciated.
Yep, no poster for me either. And no issue 358, which I just went and bought from a bookstore. As much as I enjoyed Dungeon and Dragon, I won't miss the headaches that I've encountered with the subscription, whether it is the fault of Paizo or of Canada Post. I sincerely hope I don't have the same issues with Pathfinder.
I too am having the same problem. My Dungeon magazine seems to be more or less consistent, but my Dragon just isn't showing up. I have had to buy issues 352 and 353 at the store, and this makes three times now that I haven't received Dragon. I obviously don't want replacement issues, probably should just extend my subscription by the missing issues; but I'm wondering if I should just cancel my subscription and go back to buying them. That would make me sad though, because I prefer them coming directly to my house. Also would like to know if there are problems on Paizo's end or if they are going missing somewhere along the line after they are sent out. I don't know, I'm kind of frustrated. Still really enjoy the mags though.
I'm glad I saw this thread as 139 is my first issue on my subscription and I get paranoid about these things. Yeah, I'm in Toronto and I still haven't received this issue either (it's been around 8 weeks since I've subscribed and the website tells me that 140 has already been shipped out...) Don't know if I should wait or request for another copy to be sent to me .... wonder if the Toronto central mail depot is stashing them all for some bizarre reason, (maybe they're having a big gaming day or something.) |
