Hello, I sent an email to customer service on Oct 2nd and haven't received a reply. I'm in Canada and I've just received Pathfinder Adventure path #122 from my subscription and to my shock the postal carrier demanded I pay $12.64 of custom charges/duty. I have been a subscriber since the beginning and never once have I ever been charged duty. I did notice when examining the packaging that it appears that the customs classification has been changed to "merchandise," although in the details it still says "book." I attached pictures of the package in my email.

Is it possible to get this duty refunded and if so what do I need to do?


I have not received this order yet, containing Pathfinder Adventure Path #73: The Worldwound Incursion (Wrath of the Righteous 1 of 6). This order shipped out August 23 via USPS First-Class Mail.

I did however receive the following order today, #2776044, containing Pathfinder Adventure Path #74: Sword of Valor (Wrath of the Righteous 2 of 6). This order was sent out Friday, September 20 via Standard Postal Delivery.

What can I do to receive my order? As it has been more than 6 weeks, can I get it reshipped?


I emailed about this yesterday, but did not get a response, and my order disappeared from my order history. I figured I'd double-up just to be safe.

Yesterday, I attempted to place an order and when I tried to checkout, I was taken to a page saying there was a problem with processing my order and to contact customer service. However, the order showed up in my order history, although I never received an email with the details. Today, the order disappeared from my order history, and the items were back in my shopping cart, so I tried to process the order again. Again, it said there was an error, and to contact customer service. This time, the order did not show up in my order history, so I tried it one more time, same error, but now it is again in my order history. I still did not receive an email confirming the order.

Could you make sure the order goes through, as I am attempting to use the holiday10 discount before it expires?

Since it has been exactly a month since the My subscriptions page says that my issue 139 was shipped, and I have yet to receive it, I would like to request that it be shipped again.
