Rayburn is pretty helpful. He can usually determine what the problem is (has Culture, Engineering, Life Science, Mysticism, and Physical science) to help identify what they are facing. Prefers to be ranged, though he knows that his ability to shoot is not as good as other,s so would Use Supercharge Weapon on others, vs. himself.
