Norgorber = Nyarlathotep

Is it me or does Norgorber feel like he is just a mask of Nyarlathotep, just like “The Royal Pant” (google it for info, Reddit post:

https://www.reddit.com/r/Lovecraft/comments/9tgrnm/the_royal_pant/

Nyarlathotep is a standard god in Starfinder, the areas of concern are nearly identical and Norgorber isn’t anymore in Starfinder.

Or who could he be or is there already a source for his origin besides that he is from Vyre and ascended.

Also posted this on reddit, feel free to come there:

Hello fellow Pathfinders!
My Group and I are about to start the "Midnight Isles" Book. From my GM I already know, that we are facing Nocticula and I talked about her with him. I also know, that she is just supposed to talk with us, because Nocticula herself wants to become a goddess, which is the status quo in Pathfinder 2. I see a big problem with her: I´m playing a paladin of Sarenrae in this AP. As nocticula is no ordinary human or at least a being with no absolute evil person/character/soul, her soul is already damned and so there is no real point in asking her to redeem herself, so, as said in the paladin code of Sarenrae I will "redeem her by the sword". Which normally would end in the death of my character, but as you probably know, Wrath of the Righteous is a mythic campaign. So my Paladin 12/Champion 5 Character can easily one-shot nocticula on a crit in one hit, or in two normal hits. The problem I see is, that she gives about 9 Million something XP, which would bump our 3 people group straight to level 19, or at least very close to level 19. My GM also read the paladin code of Sarenrae, which also states "if you can defeat it, do it. If you can´t, go get some help and do it." So even by not attacking her on sight, I would not live after my paladin code.

I´m looking forward to your advice/tips, thank you all in advance.

Have a nice day

Hi there fellow pathfinder players and DMs,
I’m posting my first question ever on this boards and i hope that someone can answer my question(s), if possible with source.

Right now one of the campaigns I’m playing is a Wrath of the Righteous campaign and we just finished the third book.

I’m playing a paladin there with the champion mythic path (great choice).

My question is about multipliers and if they stack.

In my case right now i have a strength score of (15 base +2 race (human) +6 belt +3 points of the level ups (4, 8, 12) and +6 from mythic (2 from the base path abilities you can choose and 4 (2+2) from 2nd and 4th mythic rank) 32. So a +11 modifier.
I’m using radiance which is a +3 weapon right now.
So if two-handed its 16 from my strength +3 from radiance for +19. I’m also using mythic power attack which gives me +3 damage (instead of 2) +3 for every 4 BAB ( so 4 times right now) for 12 damage x1,5 because I’m two-handing the weapon for 18. So +27 damage in total.

If I use smite it deals 12 damage right now. 24 on my first hit against a demon for example. I also use vital strike, improved and mythic version so I should get one attack off with 1d6 (because radiance is a scimitar because my paladin’s deity is sarenrae) +51 x3 because of my vital strike and the mythic version I get 3d6+103 right?

I also have the mythic improved crit feat for a x3 crit modifier. I have the trait connected to the champion path so i can spend a mythic point for another +1 on my crit modifier for a x4 crit on 15-20 (because improved crit feat on scimitar).

If I crit now i deal 12d6+412 right? And I can make my special mythic attack for my mythic rank (5) on damage rolls which is also mulitplied by the mythic vital strike so i get +15 from it because it would be multiplied in a crit and 15x4 in a crit is another +60 damage for a total of 472.

Am I correct thus far?

Furthermore: at level 20, with like 40 strength I would have

+15 strength x1,5= 22
Mythic power attack 18 x1,5= 27
Radiance +5
Smite 40
1d6 scimitar (we calculate with 6)

For 100 damage. Times 4 for the greater vital strike and mythic is 400. Right?
Times 4 crit (which i could boost with another mythic thing of 6th champion tier called perfect strike with another 1 so actually x5) = 5x400= 2000

Now there is the legendary weapon ability foe biting. X2 damage for one mythic point. X2 damage for 2 mythic points on a crit. For another 2000 damage = 4000 damage.

Are there any flaws or errors i missed?

I could see that i misscalculated the extra d6 from vital strike but like that it’s a bit easier.

The problem is: our DM is likely to quit DMing the AP because of that kind of stupid overpower-ness and I don’t want that.

So if theres anything i made wrong please let me know. I think i can look for the links for everything but it’s pretty late right now.

I hope this isn’t ending uncommented, thank you for your help.

Greetings Raxaas
