Doesn't bleed happen on your turn in initiative? Unless I act in the surprise round, therefore, shouldn't I *not* take bleed in the surprise round? I realise I am reaching, but I am on a disturbingly small number of hp ;-)

Not that it matters, since Raven is very, very dead anyway (as he only has 90 hit points when not fused), but should whatever attacked Raven have gotten two attacks in the surprise round? Unless you are pouncing, you normally only get one attack in a surprise round...

Actually, the class bonuses are a bit higher than that, when you stack the levels in the right order to maximise saving throws (Fighter/Paladin/Fighter/Paladin/Barbarian/Fighter (gaining bonus from Summoner this level)/Monk)
