Then why cant they say (+0 Strength) like they used to do ? In the old Burnt Offerings, they added it, why cant they do it now ? Is it that hard ? Are taxes on bracket that costy ? If so please let us know !

I perfectly know how it works, but my question is : are those who make stat blocs lazy or have issues with making thing looks good ? I mean, in most of the new adventure paths (such as Rise of the Runelords Anniversary Editions) all the composite bows don't have any Str adjustments.

I see that in 2 ways. Either they just didn't bother to add it out of laziness, so that way Shalelu has a +1 Composite Longbow that deals 1d8+1 dmg (from magical source since she's stupid enough to not have bought the Str adjustment for her Strength) or now you just have to buy the Composite feature on a bow only once and you can apply any Stength adjustment you want, but still, Shalelu would deal 1d8+2 with her bow.

So please, could someone explain me how they do things at Paizo, cause if they cant create stat blocs right they should stop working there.
