The foragers are surprised to find so much of the animal life missing even by the river, dry bones in some places, the ambient sound of creatures in the thicket conspicuously silent. Indeed, the party travels across a wasteland, it's river foul, a persistent if faint smell of death, even the greenery diminished of vitality, as if pollutants seep into the land, water, and air!

Dividing the chores, the party sets out for Vellumis along the River Route...

Barlespin and Red help Squishy keep a lookout for stray undead - they spot a single herd and manage to divert their path around them (S to Evade Undead, lowering Danger Points by 1). Marius, meanwhile, makes an excellent start navigating the River (CS to Sense Direction, bumping Party Speed), while Malendyl keeps a solid lookout in case something unexpected comes (Scout). The trip is otherwise uneventful (S to Random Zombie Encounter Flat Check).

They make roughly 10 miles of the 120-mile journey!

Malendyl, I'll rule that since Scout allows you two perform the combo Avoid / Scout at half speed, you can perform one of those at three-quarter speed (full speed would be the equivalent of a master-tier skill feat). Assuming that's copescetic, which would you prefer?

Also, Squishy, still need the details / specifics of your Downtime plan (I will build a macro and frequently roll multiple days at a time, etc).

I think Downtime is based on 8 hour workday, so, if that is true, you would proceed at half the rate.

Have you accounted for today? (morning meal, 5 or 6 of which was Lastwall Soup)
Be prepared to account for tomorrow and subsequent days!

We'll call these Day 0 (first meal w/o Constan aka "yesterday"), Day 1 (second meal w/o Constan aka "today"), and future days will be 2, 3, 4...
