Hi so im playing in a campaign and i recently purchased a rod of wonder and i am just curious the animals that it can summon, rhino elephant and mouse, are they permanent since the effect doesnt have a listed duration and are they under my control?

Okay so i am playing in a campaign as a magus and i thought it might be a worth while investment to grab a book of harms however the boon states it can be used with a Wizard evocation spell, so my question is can a magus use the book of harms boon on say shocking grasp?
I know this board is over a year old and no one probably looks into it anymore but i just had to put my two cents in being a the bard player that i am, i recently played in a skulls and shackles campaign where i took the arcane duelist archtype high dex build stuck to light armor, specifically an armored trenchcoat and took the deadly dealer feat so i could throw cards as weapons it was tons of fun, not very mechanically effective but still fun i could con the table ina game of poker and when things turned sour tossed an exploding card in a face or two |
