Adroit will craft a gillie suit for herself, move slowly and carefully, focusing on the watchtowers as the terrain (being close to hand) should be fine on its own. Unless we enter a minefield but I don't see orks having the patience to bury several hundred/thousand mines in a decent pattern. Perception1 vs 31: 1d100 ⇒ 22

The last week had been rough, and the squad hadn't done much more than get to the starting zone. Adroit doesn't talk much outside of firefights, and she's hugs cover like it's going out of style, always keeping an eye peeled for the best spot to keep out of sight and out of firelines. She totes that volley gun around pretty casually, but she never used it until that big xeno walker came smashing in--by the time the dust cleared Adroit was nowhere to be seen...until she opened up a volley on the walker's ass-end and did some damage that way. She grins a bit at the memory. Smoothly done.

Alright, presenting the not-quite-finished Arrana "Adroit" Kalemis, Stormtrooper for the Serenus 1st! I actually have her operating as more of a scout with her Stealth +20, she should be alright at sneaking up on foes in the tight confines of a hive. GoW, would you like us to roll up some random amount of Corruption and/or Insanity to represent the combat that got us that 1k XP? Logistics tests coming up sometime later! |
