Assuming someone will translate, Purrfecta quietly but confidently introduces herself. She is quite willing to go with the dwarves for further talking.

I believe the official ruling is that everyone in an online game has Promotional Reroll, since we have no way to prove whether you own a shirt or not. At least that is what my local VO says.

official PbP VL hat on... this is definitely not true. Promotional boons work exactly the same in online games as in person games. Some GMs will just take a player's word that they own an item, but some will require proof; either a receipt for the purchase of the item or a photo of the item, set up carefully to show that it is currently in the player's possesion, work as proof. I'm really frustrated to hear that in person VOs are providing such bad information.
