Jaraduk thinks a moment on wonders why...
What's stopping us from boarding our ship and firing on it with bigger guns? Or maybe a two-pronged approach. One or two of us does that while the others approach on the ground after if that doesn't work. Obviously with those on the ship joining from above shortly after.

Talk of joining, and maybe even overtaking the family takes Jaraduk back to his old days before befriending Tarika and working for The Company. Except this time it would be nice to hold all of the strings, rather than be constantly on the run. Maybe this time, it could be him and his friends who have senators in their pockets like so many nickels and dimes.
It does sound tempting. Bullseye Grenade Academy has a nice ring to it!
He starts to get a slightly dreamy look on his face.

DC20 Culture:1d20 + 13 ⇒ (13) + 13 = 26
Jaraduk won't awkwardly and clumsily explain, out loud, what he knows to his friends. But he does text the party the SpherePedia entry for "astrazoan". Open spoiler above

Not cheap indeed, but... possibly worth it. What I like about this plan is that once the simpler holo grenade illusions are found out, a more invested illusion will probably cause observers to think theyve found the "real" Eska, by comparison.
He thinks some more.
No combat skills. No problem. That's where we come in. Since you're the main imitation, you're probably the bait for the key ambush.
Still... not cheap.
He looks to Guess! and Melissa for a hard social check, lol.
When a microbot grenade detonates, the blast radius fills with microbots like those created by the microbot assault spell. The microbots consider only creatures in the blast radius to be the thrower’s enemies, and they do not discriminate between the thrower’s allies and enemies. The microbots last for 3 rounds. More advanced grenades create more dangerous microbots. The first time a creature leaves the area of the microbot cloud during a round, that creature takes an amount of magical piercing damage according to the grenade’s type.
Nuars gain a unique weapon specialization with their natural weapons at 3rd level, allowing them to add 1-1/2 × their character level to their damage rolls with their natural weapons (instead of just adding their character level, as usual).
He turns to shout at the fleeing vehicle.
Hey, wait!
and gives chase.

I don't recall how we got to the point where Jaraduk maintained a disguise for <reasons> beyond others', but I still enjoy it :D
Plemelduke nudges the dragonkin with his food, asking Vaerenvae
Say, do you all have any expert interrogators who can get more out of these? We're one "persuasive" session away from getting names of who is after the clutch of eggs.

Aaaaagain Jaraduk sighs in resign.
Here... try this.
He holds onto something for several seconds before lobbing it between the two nearest dragons.
[full round] Cook grenade:
Stickybomb Grenade, Mk.2 at point between RED/GREEN (catching them both). Entangled rounds:2d4 ⇒ (4, 4) = 8 Explode (DC 20), entangle (Acrobatics DC 19, Break DC 24)
Jaraduk will spend two resolve points to further affect RED/GREEN DC21 fort or they become off-target for 6 rounds

When you hit an enemy with a ranged attack or an attack with a weapon with the blast or explode special property, you can spend 1 Resolve Point to inflict a debilitating effect on that enemy for a number of rounds equal to your Strength bonus. You can choose to make the target deafened, flat-footed, or off-target, or to reduce its speeds by half (to a minimum of 10 feet). The target can negate this effect with a successful Fortitude save (DC = 10 + half your soldier level + your Strength modifier).

I wonder if anyone runs background checks on Meb's boyfriends, dates, and flings... You never know how an intruder would try to get at this place. Jaraduk wonders out loud once the team is alone again.
I swear I typed that out before reading the rest of the GM post :D

He is quietly suspicious as the ysoki suggests that the flowers be left behind.
We're definitely going to have that analyzed...
Jaraduk walks over to the it and inspects it visually for several moments.
That's not just a vase of flowers, right? (Perception):1d20 + 2 ⇒ (9) + 2 = 11

Should we sing to the eggs, or read to them? It's never too early for them to start learning! Okay, more serious question: when is the last time someone tried to break in and get at them? How often does that occur if so?
Jaraduk finds the largest couch in the room and lays sideways on it, posing.
