Relatively new to PFS2e but not to PbP, I want to run Escaping the grave as a PbP link
Aim for posting is once a day, I have been in PbPs which lingered then faded into nothingness after weeks. Never liked having my PCs being in a PbP forever, so I can post once a day minimum, but might post more often depending on players.

Yes we are, I play Uri.
Played so much PFS, but never 2e, so trying to figure out the factions. And for Uri it will be swords.

As the guards are so dump at did not recognize the open door, the picture in Zdravko's hand and are easily mislead, you can go back without any further disturbance and retrieve anything you want from the shop, esp. the picture.
End of adventure.

male Human; DCI #9100704319 Fighter 3 | HP 31/31 | AC 16 | Passive Per 13 | Init +3 |
Sahil moves and targets the champion, if still up.
1d20 + 7 ⇒ (8) + 7 = 15 Damage: 1d6 + 3 ⇒ (2) + 3 = 5
1d20 + 7 ⇒ (14) + 7 = 21 Damage: 1d6 + 3 ⇒ (6) + 3 = 9
Sahil will use a superiority die on the second roll, to make the champion drop (DC13 STR save or prone)

Always, Sahil responds, always.
Perception: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (9) + 3 = 12
But seems a bit distracted, as he has noticed the kegs of ale.

Grandmaster Torch nods amenably as he listens to their request. “Amenopheus may have overlooked the fact that he owed me several favors before I ever asked for his help, but I don’t mind extending a discount to repeat customers,” he remarks with a rasping chuckle as he snaps his fingers to summon one of his bodyguards, who arrives carrying a folded piece of paper. “Let’s see what’s on today’s schedule,” he murmurs as he examines the paper’s contents. “Yes, all of this will do. Consider this my price—all of these tasks completed to my satisfaction in return for what I know of the sages’ jewels. Do we have a deal?” He holds out the paper for you to review it.
It reads:
- The academic Ionacu Lozar from the Sinomakti School of Sciences is preparing for an expedition to a site in the Pillars of the Sun. I have a scarab-marked prayer book dedicated to the god Khepri that needs to be placed among his personal effects without him suspecting anything is amiss.
- An associate has delivered a shipment of valuable Osirian artifacts to just outside Eto. She claims that the objects are hidden inside a dry well southeast of the Sunrise Gate. Retrieve these and bring them to me. The magic rod is of particular importance; everything else is expendable.
- The half-elf Madam Zelekhati, owner the establishment called the Dancing Dunes, is most adept at acquiring secrets, and I need you to find out how she does it— no doubt it’s something she’d rather keep hidden from authorities. Further, convince her to share what she already knows with me. Threaten to reveal her secret if she’s stubborn. End the scheme if all else fails.
- I recently heard that the leader of the Hundredfingers gang had an important message for my ears only. Track them down, get the message, resolve any loose ends, and report back to me

An aquatic dungeon adventure for 6th-level Pathfinder Roleplaying Game characters.
They Come from Beneath the Sea!
The deep waters of the Hellmouth Gulf have long concealed ancient mysteries, both wondrous and terrible. But these secrets have been submerged for too long, and the remote coastal village of Blackcove has accidentally awoken a slumbering horror from a bygone age. Strange creatures now venture from beneath the waves to steal townsfolk away in the dark of night.
Can the PCs discover the fate of Blackcove’s lost villagers? What secrets still lie hidden on the mysterious, ruined island just offshore, and what now lurks in the flooded temples beneath the isle? And what horrific fate lies in store for those unfortunate souls who fall prey to the island's eldritch influence?
This game will be run as a part of the Second Official Pathfinder Society PbP Game Day. All games will begin on April 5th, 2014. For more information please visit: http://PbPGameday.com

Fun factor, that's the most important thing. Will the player enjoy having a new character (maybe with a backstory tied to his old character), would he prefer to have him back (even if it looks like being set up)? In a home campaign you can do as you like, and that's how I'd approach it.
Is it a new group, geared up for a full length campaign where people put a lot of effort to create their PCs? Is it a newbie or a veteran player?
So many things play into it (Bigtuna's approach could work, death is costly and the free way out of death with finding a scroll might not be the best approach), but the most important thing is: FUN in whatever way you resolve it.

Is this potion allowed in PFS? It is a ranger 3 or druid 4 spell, so a druid cannot brew it, only a ranger, but according to the document, only in exceptional curcumstances you can buy potions brewed by rangers. This is kinda greyish, an official ruling would be great, thnaks!

Alright, thinking about Master summoner for PFS. And am not sure, if I am missing something.
Other racial option would be hlf-elf, to get a little better eidolon (not so brilliant afterwards but still) and have skill focus already. Or human, for the additional feat and skill points. On the other hand small is nice too for a summoner....
Here we go with the basics:
Race: gnome
STR - 6
DEX - 14
CON - 16
INT - 12
WIS - 10
CHA - 18
Feats:
1st – Scion of War
2nd - Augmented Summoning
3rd - Superior Summoning
5th - Lookout
7th – Improved Initiative
9th – Skill focus: Knowledge the planes
11th - Eldritch Heritage Arcane (for Greensting scorpion)
in the end +17 to initiative (assuming CHA 24) - or is this overdoing it?
Traits:
Reactionary
Tomb raider (perception)
Racial:
Gift of tongues - to speak with all summons, esp. elementals
I looked into a possibility to get a +1d6 to all summons for all attacks via primal (air) improved eldritdh heritage, but for PFS which caps at lvl12 - a long time to wait.
Next thing, to go first, so trait and feats accomodate that. The eidolon will be based on perception as well, meaning, if we both can act during surprise round, we get a full action.
Thus, get the summon out, dismiss eidolon, contibue summoning...
for the eidolon:
base: serpentine
1st - 3rd
Skilled: Stealth (1), Skilled: Perception (1) Mount (1)
4th/5th
Skilled: Stealth (1), Skilled: Perception (1) Mount (1) ?
6th/7th
Skilled: Perception (1) Mount (1) Arms (2) Skilled: UMD (1)
8th/9th
Skilled: Stealth (1), Skilled: Perception (1) Mount (1) Arms (2) Skilled: UMD (1) Skilled: Disable device (1)
10th/11th
Flight (4), Increased Flight Speed (1), Skilled: Perception (1) Mount (1) Skilled: Fly (1)
Did I miss anything?

Just a question in regards to DR and sneak attack: do you have to overcome DR, or do you automatically add all damage together, and whatever goes over DR is actual damage? And is there any difference, when you do subdual damage? Thanks for all help.

And how to continue then? Shield focus would be one option, to get AC a bit up, Lightning reflexes to help with reflex saves, Dispel synergy to improve chance of dispelling, spell penetration. Or take sacred summons and then spell focus conjuration and augment summoning?
Question here, if I am lawful neutral, would sacred summons work for lawful good and lawful evil outsiders?
