Sir Peris Fomeni is the youngest daughter of the minor noble House Fomeni. Her brother Tyren son and heir to the family name. Her parents were afraid to send him off to war, so Peris volunteered to join the ranks in his stead.
Her training proved difficult, as her frame was not designed for a large warhorse or the strongest weaponry. However, her sense of duty proved to be her calling, and she joined the priesthood of Alseta and became a field medic. She was particularly adept at reaching wounded soldiers in hard-to-reach places, and her bravery and skill, along with her family connections, granted her a knighthood.
Lady Lotheed learned of her valor, and offered her a position at court. Officially, Peris is a lady in waiting for Lady Lotheed, but in truth, her medical skill and knowledge of women's health have given her the unofficial role of medical advisor to court.
Peris dedicates herself to moving things forward. To that end, she does not fear getting her hands dirty, as other nobles might. She does not shy away from blood or conflict. Her title of "Sir" and her androgynous given name do occasionally confuse people who might expect a man; she takes this in stride, preferring to focus on what needs to be done.
NPC Notes:
Duke Leonard Centimus of Tandak: Find out how he will vote on primogeniture. Half elf, lost use of his legs, created a wheelchair he is proud of. Champion of the disabled and hidden talents.
Countess Abrielle Pace: Find out how she will vote on primogeniture. Likes wearing lots of jewelry. Can't be trusted, schemes for power.
High Strategos Pythareus: Back in town, leads Taldan armed forces. Probably going to marry the Princess?
