So option 9 Summons a Giant Stag Beetle and option 31 summons an Elephant. The table says the Beetle is a 5th-level summon and the Elephant a 6th-level summon. However, per the summon animal spell, they're actually 4th-level and 7th-level summons.

Does it matter? Should I just accept that a level 8 item has a 1% chance to cast a 7th-level summon spell?

Can a sprite champion choose a Corgi as their Steed Ally at level 3? Would they need the Corgi Mount feat?

So I just found out one of the players in an upcoming game is playing a 3rd level half-elf with the ancient elf heritage. What options does he have for fixing his character?

I have a basic crafters book, so I can craft a dagger by paying 1sp spending 4 days downtime and a DC 14 crafting check. Finally finishing it off for another 1sp in materials.

For a cold iron (or silver) dagger I need to use at least 20sp+2sp per bulk in cold iron, yeah? So I can pay 11sp in materials up front 4 days downtime and a DC 16 expert crafting check. Finishing off with the remaining 11sp in cold iron.

Is this correct? Did I miss something? Do I need to purchase a level 2 formula for a cold iron dagger?

If you randomly vanish and reappear into an occupied square or wall 10 feet away, what happens? Do you blink short, does the blink fail all together, do you blink further in that direction until you find an unoccupied square?

What if you are huge and only some of your squares are occupied by other things when you blink?

So if I do a level 20 task, I'm going to critically fail. But the boon says a critical failure is treated as a failure. So I get 8gp per day, yeah?

Okay lets talk DRUGS: You ingest some pesh and willing fail the save so you get the positive effect for an hour. Then, since you failed your save, you take the negative effects and move down on the Strength poison track to Weakened.

Then what? There isn't any frequency on drugs, so how do you get off the Strength Poison track? When do you make your next save?

If you take another dose, do you move even further down the track? Meaning you die after 5 doses?

Just some ideas floating through my head...

Precise Shot
Prerequisites: Sniper Weapon Proficiency, Base Attack Bonus +1
Benefit: If your target has soft cover, you receive a +2 bonus to hit, when firing a weapon from the Sniper Weapons group. If your target has partial cover, this bonus drops to +1.

Improved Precise Shot
Prerequisites: Precise Shot, Sniper Weapon Proficiency, Base Attack Bonus +3
Benefit: When firing a weapon from the Sniper Weapons group, and your target has Concealment, you may lower your miss change by 10%.
Note: This feat has no effect on targets benefiting from Total Concealment.

So I posted my starship role forms over on Google Drive. And I'd like to get some feedback from y'all on ways that they could possibly be improved. The goal is to be able to print and laminate them. Then hand them out to whom ever is playing that particular role.

So in SFS scenario 1-01: The Commencement we are told:
"Today is the commencement of your new role as a Starfinder field agent. It is our tradition, at the end of the graduation ceremony, for new graduates to present themselves to the heads of our most prominent factions..."

This raises many questions for me. Like, where did we graduate from? Is there a Starfinder university/academy? What kind of degree did we get? Are there other types of degrees offered at this academy?

We aren't just becoming Starfinders, but Starfinder "field agents". What other types of agents are there in this organization? Are they all called agents? Are there analist like in the CIA? Are we the CIA of the Pact Worlds? Can an analist become a field agent? Do they need a different degree from SFU?
