I'm ending sins of the saviors and preparing to play Spires of Xin-Shalast, and I have decided that Karzoug is going to have with him the shard of Greed (without Ioun Stone, of course) and have Brodert Quink direct them to magnimar to meet an expert after the PC realise the shard is cursed (I'm going to change the curse as Well, have him Will save in order to be able to giveaway any worthy Or expensive ítem, and if he succeeds, then he will suffer the wisdom damage); then I'll change the order with the pride shard and go on with the AP (although I Will shorten the dungeons)

Yes, If you read the Channel Energy info,it says that you can decide if you are included or not in whatever effect you choose. I think that lay on Hands is a positive energy effect, but since you can choose who is the target, it could be used in others without harming herself. So, the real point is only that she IS NOT going to choose to affect herself (unless she really feels she deserves the punishment), so the healing goes entirely to the group. After all, It is as if it was the opposite of the antipaladin, The antipaladin is a living being, but channels negative energy that can be used to "Heal" undead or to "Harm" living people, but doesn´t affect her unless she chooses to (something that wouldn´t be wise) |
