The tiefling dons his equipment and begins to mentally compose his report for this journey. He is a bit conflicted on what to write about Acheron, who seems to have been the cause of and solution to all the Pathfinders' problems.

Òxọ́lé has the Research Specialist boon, which gives him bonuses to Knowledge skills based on how many stories he has been told. Once per scenario, if a character tells him about an adventure he has neither played nor been told about before, he gets credit, and every three credits is a +1 to a new knowledge skill. Please keep tales spoiler free, and they can be very brief (assume details are shared off-panel). It's interesting flavoring, but hasn't really mattered much to my character, since he is melee focused and mostly uses transmutation implements and buff spells. Perhaps at higher levels, the terrain-based spell may make more of a difference.

It means "I just read Children of Blood and Bone and want a name that would fit in that setting." It looked cool, is probably pronounceable, and has lots of extra bits. Nothing more. Generally I like accent marks, non-Roman characters, etc. I never expect others to use them when referring to my characters.

Male NG Tiefling Occultist (Geomancer) 3 | HP 17/17 | AC
Start by looking around. I count six doors that we haven't used yet. I doubt beating the troglodytes (to death or otherwise) will result in us knowing what to do.

As the person most affected by the Godbox, I vote that we get moving and try to come back to it later. It's been a week just talking about this.

The tiefling wriggles out of his armor, leaving him with only a well-traveled explorer's outfit for protection. He stares at his reflection in his fortunately-not-magnetic blade. "Looks like you will need to be my sword and shield today," he says ruefully. No armor, no ranged weapons, magic focused on improving his melee capabilities, and insufficient Fame to use the Debt to Society boon... what could go wrong?

GM: Naked tiefling time? Any way to free it?
Male NG Tiefling Occultist (Geomancer) 3 | HP 17/17 | AC
Just about everything but my primary weapon. "There are slots on this object. Perhaps that is where we are to make our offering?" With effort, he drawsa cold iron dagger and slides it into one of the slots.

A dark-skinned, middle-aged tiefling man with more features of beast than human - curved horns, wickedly sharp teeth, and goat-like legs and tail - enters the room. "I am called Papa Òxọ́lé," he says in a deep, gravely voice, "I am a collector of tales, and occasionally maker of same when called upon - as it seems I have been today." He leans against a wall and withdraws a quill and book from his pack. He opens the latter, revealing hastily scribbled notes and maps. "Before we subject ourselves to whatever this stench portends, I wonder if one of you would be so kind as to regale me with a story of your past exploits?" Òxọ́lé has the Research Specialist boon, which gives him bonuses to Knowledge skills based on how many stories he has been told. The tiefling cleans his blade meticulously before sheathing it. "Well, this will make quite the tale. I hope this is the end of it, though you can count on me if there is more trouble. Thank you all for your assistance."
